Really nice to walk into a hotel where staff have a little time to talk to you (ok it was dead but still not the point.). Service was good, food was as it is in a premier inn but a shout out to Oliver and Debbie who double checked I had the meal deal and were just darn nice throughout my stay.

The hotel is quite nice and the ambience is good. I got help and a nice chat with the staff about exploring the city along with couple other things. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel rates are comparable to other options available in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Brighton City Centre. The location is excellent, close to all major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Jiya for her exceptional breakfast service; she made our mornings delightful with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Gino at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth and welcoming. Overall, a highly recommended stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Will definitely return!

I loved the breakfast and dinner food at the restaurant and would say that was highlight of my stay. Premier inn Brighton city centre is a very good option for a budget hotel and my stay there was comfortable and cheap. Service was also on point, staff was polite and went out of the way to made me happy.

Had a fantastic stay with family! The staff were super friendly, rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back next time! Had a super fun time in the city and the hotel.

We all know what to expect from a premier inn as they are all pretty much the same but the team here were very friendly and smiling and we had a comfortable nights sleep! Easy transport near by for getting around. 

We had already booked Christmas Day lunch at a pub near Lewes and because there is no public transport on the day we had to stay 2 nights in a hotel.  We chose Premier Inn because of its reliability & location. We also stay at their Gatwick hotel when taking early morning flights. We feel that our stay lives up to the advertising. It offers good value for money is clean and comfortable.  We will stay there again. 

Really nice clean hotel with large bathrooms and light airy rooms. The staff make this hotel great, they really go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable and happy. My daughter has allergies and the staff at breakfast were really good and helpful. 

We booked this stay to go to a concert at the Brighton centre and quite frankly just wanted a bed to sleep in but from the moment we arrived the service and friendliness made it much more special. Nothing was too much trouble to storing our luggage all were extremely helpful especially an associate named Christen (I think) he popped up all through stay and was constantly very professional and always had a smile on his face. We will definitely be back .

Martin is new to staff, extremely attentive, polite and friendly. Made us feel extremely welcome even though our stay was not as comfortable as expected. Did not a full night’s sleep however he greeted us with a smile and was most helpful

Outstanding service and exceptionally friendly staff

We visited during Half Term, and it was as busy as we expedted.Very central location in need of updating.
We slept badly on the first night as we had a noisy neighbour, and the room was quite small for two adults and a 15 Yr old however,the staff were great and moved us to a quieter and bigger room which was great considering it was Half Term and I can imagine most rooms were booked up.
All the staff we came across were helpful and kind, particularly when we left a laptop in the old room and housekeeping  brought it up to us

It’s a premier inn 

Great location and the size of the family room was great, each child had their own bed which we were happy with. A shame the decor is drab and dingy and the kitchen had an issue on the 2nd morning so no breakfast was served at all and we had to find an alternative outside of the hotel. The water in the shower was also barely warm so we had cold showers which was not ideal.

It is hard to separate the Hotel from the place its in, Brighton is not really a nice place or a good setting for a stay longer than 1 day. 
The hotel is located next to one of those dodgy phone shops. Once you leave the hotel you are accosted by the local homeless on every street. The hotel itself had poor sound proofing, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing. And many doors throughout would slam even if you were careful to be quiet. 
The "ultimate" wifi was not up to par, with constant disconnects and not working on some devices at all. 

A small surprise was that there was a bath in the room, after being told there wouldnt be on the site. I had a nice soak.  Everything else was standard Premier Inn affair, Room was clean and bed was nicely made. I did not interact much with the staff but they seemed perfectly pleasant. 

Not the worst experience i've had, but definitely the worst premier inn ive been in, and overall worst trip out because of brighton itself.

One of the less good Premier Inns, in a town that didnt serve as a good vacation

We book Premier Inn regularly and had considered other hotels as well as Airbnb. However, we’ve not been disappointed before and so we booked. We will not be staying in Brighton ever again and are reconsidering staying with the company in future. 
The room was cold, this was to be expected as the weather was not great. We put the heating on at night and it switched itself off. This made the room cold and we both woke with a crick in the neck from the coldness in the room. 
The hotel is not soundproofed at all, which is disappointing when we’ve booked a mini break for rest and relaxation. 
Not only were we woken early by the bin collections, we could also hear everything from the room next door. This was literally from when they flushed the toilet to when they showered. 
Our bed head was obviously on the same wall as their television, as we heard this as well which was what woke us up early on our second morning. 
There seemed little point in complaining as these issues are due to the poor infrastructure of the hotel, which staff would not be able to remedy. 
Having stayed in many different Premier Inn over the years, this is the worst level of noise we’ve experienced. While I appreciate this is a city centre location, we’ve stayed at both Gatwick and Heathrow. If they can manage to soundproof hotels which are in a literal flight path, there really is no excuse for Brighton.
