Needed a couple of nights away so booked here. Staff are amazing had issues with transport and were due to arrive way after check in time. They put our keys in a safe for us. Location was great. Amazing value for money. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Amazing value for money! We could not believe how nice it was considering such a low price!! Defo be beck after Christmas. We enjoyed our stay here 😀 

I would recomend. Very quiet and clean place. Avery close to the beach.

Stayed midweek. Cannot complain. The price was the best available in the whole of the area.

The lady that worked there was also very attentive and friendly.

Location is good too. Very close to several eateries and bars and around a 10 minute walk down to Boscombe beach.

Good size room,  good facilities, check in was simple and the service was excellent, friendly and infornative

We decided to book this hotel last minute and for the price of £32 didn't expect much but i have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the owner and the cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely recommend staying here. I feel as if it provided us with much more value than what we paid.

Stayed with children for a night recently, happy with the choice. Travelling on a budget the b&b met our expectations. The owner kindly allowed us to check in earlier.  Rooms were basic but clean, hotel quiet at night. Simple breakfast, modern shared shower,all as described. Would recommend.

We were pleased that this hotel was a budget hotel and we had a relaxed stay.  The room was very clean and good value for money.

Amazing 

Great value accommodation in good location for Boscombe Beach and Bournemouth.  

Stayed for one night with my young boys in the Easter Holidays.  Was the best value around by far and the pictures online gave me no cause for concern.  

Of course it's not the Ritz but the room was spacious and perfect for our needs.  Friendly greeting on arrival and told about the available tea coffee and breakfast for the morning.  We had booked to go somewhere for breakfast but their offering is a nice touch as it's not marketed as a B&B offering.  Tea, coffee, orange juice and white and brown bread for toast with butter and jams, sitting/dining area quite pleasant.  

We had a triple room with double bed and single in side entrance room.  It's an unconventional layout but I liked it, the high ceilings giving a roomy feel and light.  

I would happily stay again.   

Great value stay

Hotel was clean and tidy. I was informed before my arrival that my room of choice was no longer available and was offered an alternative. The room was quite cold when I got there as the weather was poor. There was only 1 radiator for a large room. It did eventually warm up. Parking is extremely limited, only 2 or 3 spaces on the front. I don;t know where you'd park if you can't on there as almost no other parking on the street.

Clean and tidy.

We have planned stay at the hotel for our family of 4. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great communication. It is short walk from the Boscombe pier so great location. Although there is no kitchen facility in the hotel, there is tea, coffee and toast available to guests in the morning. Definitely recommended. The bathroom in room little bit small but it had been sufficient for the stay.

Nice Little place near the beach

The hotel was very basic and could do with a few touch ups here and there but it is clean and excellent value for money. The local area is great and there is a lot to see and do within walking distance from the hotel. It would have been better to have an earlier check in time but luckily there was enough around to keep us entertained. I would definitely stay here again should I come back to Bournemouth.

Booked last minute.Avaliable during air show. Was welcomed by owner in such a chilled manner. You have options of shared or private bathrooms and price will vary. Complimentary Beverages in lounge from 7.30 till 11pm. Toast available in the morning from 7.30 till 9.30. Loved the help yourself and chill approach.
Yes as others have said basic rooms but really comfy beds. 
Nice patio area to relax when the sun comes over in the morning. There are a few parking spaces out front of property but your lucky to park at most seaside hotels.

Chilled enviroment

I liked that four people could share the same room. I was worried after booking it as I had read some reviews that the bathroom was shared with other hotel guests but we had our own toilet and shower (The cleanliness of the shower wasn't great). The advert did say there was parking spaces for people staying but there were only 3 which were already in use and there wasn't any on the road nearby. We parked behind another resident but this did mean that my friend had to get up at 7am to move his car. Other than this the member of staff we met was nice and we were pleased with the condition of out room.

Great value for money! It was clean and tidy and could access everything I needed including a microwave/toaster/kettle. A minor issue I noticed was that the curtains were white/thin. This meant the room was bright as soon as the sun came up - not an issue for winter but it would make me think twice if I was looking for somewhere to stay during the summer. Overall though, very happy and would be happy to stay again.

Good points - owners were welcoming and warm without hovering, available to guests as and when needed.- fully prepared for us despite last minute booking.- great room rate (cheaper than travel lodge etc)- very close to shopping district and beach- complimentary tea and coffee 730am-11pm and toast with assortment of jams etc in morning.Bad points- cleanliness of room (excluding bed/linen which was spotless) could of been better, front of cupboards had lot of dirty marks and dust build up in grooves of doors. Several cobwebs.- tea and coffee making facilities only available in communal lounge... A problem for early birds like us as lounge area locked until 730am, whereas we were up at 5am and had to wait until McDonald's opened at 6 to be able to get a coffee. - garden area lovely but a bit unkempt.- cupboard under sink in poor shape internally, large cracks in plywood and the extension lead running through it concerned me from safety point of view.OverallWe were happy with our stay and while few negatives mentioned for the price felt we got a fair deal. Lounge area very nicely done. Few small improvements to room and garden would make a big difference. Was unsure about shared bathroom/toilet facilities prior to stay with visions of crossed leg situations but with facilities on each floor was not a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and cheerful stay for a couple of nights. We would stay here again

It was a hotel that is about 10 mins away from the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple which is what I need. As I was going out every day. There was a downstairs room which I could use to read or play games.  But the only thing was that there are only 3 spaces for the cars. So it can fill up really easy. Then you have to drive around to find a space.
