Stayed over Borehamwood premier Inn for the Boxing at Wembley. Easy access to the train station to Wembley, cheaper rate, breakfast was delicious. Team were fantastic, smiley and provided a great service.

to good to go allowed to dish for ourselves very considerate and efficient will use again. They didn’t watch over like a hawk which made it an comfortable experience the guy was extremely friendly helping out so a big thank you to him

I use this Premier Inn many times as it is a great location to take the mainline train for a 20 minute journey into Central London. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and especially Jermain who always goes above and beyond to help

Nice hotel, comfy, good location, room clean great size, food was great and the service was exceptional, have to give a mention to Blaise he was amazing!

Stayed one night for the Rugby League Final at Wembley. Friendly and efficient welcome. Room and beds very clean and comfortable. Evening meal reasonably priced with the meal deal that member of staff kindly mentioned to us and saved us money. He was very helpful. Apologised for slight delay due to a large order and was busy with rugby supporters. Food cooked real nice and tasty.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

I have not yet slept the night, however I am extremely impressed with the quality of food and the service. I am also very impressed with the hospitality and kindness of Blaise, who was not only very friendly and was a lovely person to talk to, but also did a superb job.

First week of my stay the room was smelling terrible and one of the staff members Blaise ensured to help me move my things and complete my move to another room after coordinating with his team members. My stay has been excellent with the outstanding service provided by  Blaise! Continuously ensuring my stay has been comfortable and safe, the service at the bar from this staff member is phenomenal. If you ever stay ensure to ask for blaise he will definitely make your stay truly welcoming. Thank you for all your help your are amazing🤗

Honestly the best late night check in i've had. Blaise is an absolute credit to the hotel. Even when his shift has finished he still goes out of his way to help guests. He's attitude to work is truly refreshing. Probably the best late night check in I've had.

The room was excellent, the breakfast was really nice, great selection and hot! 

We had an evening meal, this was really nice, the waiter on the evening was very knowledgeable and helped with certain deals. He is a credit to the company. 

The only issue, we were initially told we couldn’t all stay in one room as we needed 2 singles and a double. When we checked in to our two rooms, one had a double, the other had two singles and a double! This is what we wanted when we initially reserved the rooms. 

They wouldn’t cancel a room and we had to pay for two rooms. 

Not happy

Excellent trip to London, marred by a nightmare bed situation that cost £90 more than it should’ve done!

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding last weekend. The staff were delightful: they couldn't do enough to help, and were very friendly and smiley. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was pretty good too, huge amount of choice and all fresh - although it could have been hotter the second day, it was still perfectly edible. One of the lifts was out of action for the weekend - but it didn't bother me at all. I took the stairs a couple of times - helped me work off the breakfast. It was just a case of waiting a bit longer if you wanted the lift.

Cannot fault the helpful staff - parking could be cheaper and could not see any EV charging
