B&B Jack's House

When we pulled up the street looked derelict , we were met by a lovely man who was the owner he couldn't do enough for us . He catered for everybody's needs at breakfast nothing was too much trouble we were in a room for four it was cosy and clean. What do people want for £20 a night I would come again . As we walked out of the b&b we walked for 5 minutes and we were at the Manchester so quite near the bars . Well done to the owner for being nice and also patient especially with 16 women

When we saw the b&b we thought we had come to beruit. The rooms were outdated but comfy. Apart from having no ladder for the top bunk ( not good for the over 40's ). However jack the owner was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble even laura who wanted her tea putting to her lips lazy begger. He was awesome thank you.

Blackpool special

Hotel room was pretty awful it was advertised as a double room with a double bed and bunk beds room was in an attic with one double be and a sofa that was flithy and clearly had blood and god knows what else on it had a fair few wake up calls off the seagulls just above my head everything was broke there was no blinds or curtians. Breakfast was nice though and staff nice and friendly hotel on a derelict road would not recommend the only positive is customer service and breakfast was nice. The room was shocking compared to what is advertised online.

After reading reviews on Booking.com it convinced me to book a night here. When we turned into the street we were horrified. Most of the houses were almost derelict and those that weren't didn't look great. There are no enquire rooms and the facilities are pretty outdated. The door to the room seemed to be an old office firewood it had the small rectangular glass panel in it. This had been covered on the inside with coloured paper pinned on with drawing pins. The mattresses and bed bases had been covered by old duvets. I didn't look under them. The bedding seemed clean and the bed was comfy enough for a night. There was a small tv on the wall above one of the beds so the person in that bed wouldn't be able to watch it, but that was a moot point as there was no remote to use it.
The breakfast was in the bar the next morning on a fold out plastic camping table. That being said. The host was polite and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The place just needs desperately modernising and a good spring clean

Cancelled my booking by text message saying they were closed contacted me at 830am on day of travel strange they were still taking bookings on all booking sites told me I had to cancel via booking.com which wud have cost me £40 had I not rang booking.com and told them
