When we arrived we were given the key for the room and the first thing we seen was a dirty mattresse . On opening our room door we were greeted with the most strange smell , like mold and damp mixed together. As we were thirsty we tryed to make a drink well no spoon only tea and then after making the drink the milk was off so no drink . Then we tryed the bed no there were no way we could lie on the mattress as it was high in one part and seemed like no spings in another . So i had to ask for the mattress to be changeed and yes they did change it but no better really (no sleep) they were stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases no light bulbs and the quilt was really dirty really dirty . Not good first light we were out of there to never return again . Looking for a full refund .

If you want to stay in a smelly hell hole stay here! Windows with no handle windows broken hear everything all hours late at night till early hours then in the morning again freezing cold room. All night we could hear some sort of generator outside. Place stunk and had bites on me the next morning. Bed creaked every time you moved. Shocking dont stay here you have been warned! AVOID

Please avoid this place seriously I don’t know how it’s still running , on Fri 11th august we booked a last min trip a young lad in just shorts stoned answered door. We walked through dinning area a mess with black bags and a scooter sounded like he had a few mates drinking and smoking drugs in the back room. He gave us a key for a room top floor lights not working on way up and stuff all over towels hoover and other mess up the stairs . No bedding on bed toilet dirty stains on carpets/everywhere even bits of tobacco & weed in bed side table honestly this place is the worst I’ve ever seen , and to think it says family’s welcome that is definitely not a place you want to take your children. He also don’t us just to leave key on table next to front door the next day  if he’s still in bed. No way were we staying the night we turned round back down the stairs put key on table and walked out wish I took some photos but to be honest we were panicking where we could find somewhere last min on a Fri night and didn’t think about pics till we got settled somewhere else. 

Hotel would not refund us we booked through booking.com so we had to take the loss of £50 pleased it was just for 1 night , but if that was a family for a week on holiday £300/£400 , they would of either just had to stay there with kids around people taking drugs  or lose all that money it’s shocking.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen didn’t stay we walked out

Avoid at all costs supposed to have a family room we were in a little box room to share between 5 people so many faults with the hotel dirty for a start off and also needs maintenance doing the two beds were unsafe to stay in both bunk beds wobbled weren't put together properly dog hairs on carpet which I find strange with no pets allowed in the hotel carpet worn which is a trip hazzard plug socket fitted underneath window which is a fire hazzard lack of storage just two bed side tables for a family of 5 dog hairs in the bed not enough toilet rolls given which is a basic need also no spoons for tea and coffee facilities what am supposed use my hands to stir tea and coffee with for them to refuse theres anything wrong it absolutely ludacris.

Appalling

Booked this hotel last minute, with friends and children as young as 2, 12 of us in total, got to hotel, walked through the door to the smell of weed, guy that greeted us said it was from the weekend, its dirty, smashed doors windows, patched ceilings that look like they are going to fall down, beds were moist, bin bags with rubbish spilling out of randomly in rooms and just disgusting, owner said contact booking.com for refund, to which we havent been successful in getting, long story short, we drove home instead of staying the night. If i could give it minus i definitely would.

Paid for a double deluxe room for 1 night when we arrived we had the smallest box room and the room was filthy was like the cleaner had gone in made the bed and that’s it bedding. Was dirty hair all in the bed toilet seat had hair and poo still in the bowl. So complained and was moved in to about her small room with someone else’s shower gel still in the room and blond hair in the bed lights didn’t worm shower was dirty over all horrible night and won’t be returning

Extremely basic... bar really dirty... landing lighting very poor.... handles off drawers... tv didn't work.... light in bathroom didn't work.... owners not on site so nobody to complain to.... avoid avoid avoid.... have stayed in far better places for same price

I enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel, Decor of the rooms is standard. 
the room was cleaned daily, however a deep clean is needed. The bathroom was of good size standard layout.
I'd stay there again because they provide the best in my price range.

I booked this hotel on behalf of 3 friends and myself via booking . Com  the hotel advertised the rooms as deluxe doubles we were greeted by the housekeeper shown to a filthy Stinkiest room with a wooden 3/4 bed with orange nylon sheets that were stained  fungus in the bathroom and filthy soiled mens underwear left in a drawer rang the owner who was no use to us told us to leave keys and cancel saying we would get refund £180.00 for 4 
Booking. Said without pice they would do nothing so I would avoid using booking . Com and stay away from the cesspit of a hotel bel - rive

The filthiest room ever

What a nightmare 
We paid for delux rooms what a joke.
We rang the owners straight away dirty bedding on beds dirty dirty underwear left in drawers  tiles missing & mould in bathroom discusting , said they owned 3 hotels and all full so no option to change rooms. Told us to get in touch with the agency we booked with & they would honour a full refund in which they from hotel would repay but could only do this as we booked with agency so had go through this process. Been in touch with agency long story cut short no refund as no pictures were taken we didn't think of that just wanted to get out of there. If I was promoting a business I would have to have it checked out to make sure it was as stated discussing how we have lost £180 between four of us. To hopefully stop this happening to someone else if you have problems make sure you get evidence. I have used the agency to book this hotel on many occasions before this is the first major problem I have occured it will make me think next time to book direct no go through agency as not helpful at all
