Friendly staff, great sleep, comfortable bed and matress, Good customer service. Good food. Quiet room and corridors. Access to restaurant from first floor door. 2 way lift door opening. Clean and tidy. Good car park. Near supermarket and petrol station.

Comfy rooms that are clean. Staff friendly efficient registration. Welcoming staff. Good access to the A21. Good place to stay if visiting Hastings or near area. Breakfast was good but limited. Bar is well stocked and staff friendly. However lift was out of order at this point.

The hotel was busy. All the staff were most helpful and cheerful. My room was warm without the need for extra heating. The bed was extremely comfortable although I do find the duvets very heavy and hot. Perhaps a choice of an alternative tog might be offered if ordered on booking.

I would like to thank all staff and namely both day shift mangers, Angie and Shania, who looks after me. Real value of each accommodation is in peoples working at premises. I can strongly recommend this peaceful, well managed hotel as first choice when you look for accommodation in Hastings, as I always will do. J2O Returning customer.

I have stayed here before, and its either here or the Travelodge (depends on price). This Premier Inn rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.

The only let down was eating at the adjacent Brewers Fayre where service and food were extremely poor, but No issues with Premier Inn

Staff where friendly and welcoming the Room had a great nights sleep Restaurant great food and staff. It was near to where we wanted to visit and spend our time. Rest and relaxation.this trip which we enjoyed 

I have stayed at the hotel three times in the last month due to me working in the area on a large contract. The hotel staff are brilliant always happy to help. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable, quiet and able to get a good nights rest.

Great hotel for the price. Lovely clean room, comfortable beds and curteous staff.
Not too far away from the sea front/town and a McDonalds/Sainsburys just a few mins walking distance.
Had a small problem with our room initially but the maintenance crew solved it as quickly as poss and the young man was very polite and helpful.
Would def stay again.
Great job, all at Premier Inn, Hastings.

We booked two nights away for a surprise for my daughter birthday she absolutely loved it and she wants to do it again staff were lovely the hotel room was worth the money the food and drink was amazing too x

Used this hotel as a convenient place to stay while meeting up with family. Room was large and clean although they do not do housekeeping unless you ask for it , but as we were only stayin 2 nights not too concerned although would have been nice to have clean cups. Breakfast was self service plenty of choice although the cooked was quite cold and dried up!

Convenient hotel

The main reception was clean and smelt amazing. Our room was also clean and smelt amazing. The toilet was not noisy at all when flushing, the toilet paper holder could have been further up the wall it was a little low and hard to see the toilet paper coming out. All our bed were comfortable there wasn’t much sugar for two people on a two night stay. But we were not to fussed about this. The main thing we worried about was driving into the junction. If there was a car coming out the pot hole is unavoidable. Other than the massive hole at the front it was a lovely stay with lovely staff.

The hotel and room looked tired and in need of decoration
Shower intermittent with hot and cold water, the climb into the bath to shower felt unstable as if the bath would break.  The toilet paper dispenser was blocked and I had to open it at the top.  
The walk to the room you need a compass poorly signposted and up and down stairs to get to room number 110.

The room was very quiet and we got a good rest which allowed us to sightsee all day. It was to the usual standard of Perier Inn. The venue of the hotel was right on the outskirts of the town which meant you had to take your car into town and pay a lot for parking, catch a bus or pay for a taxi. We went for a bus and discovered that getting back to the hotelw as well nigh impossible by bus. At Hastings bus station they told us to wait for the next buw which was 45 minutes away and when it arrived it was only going part route and therefore nowhere near the hotel.

Lots to explore in the area so would definitely stay again.

Overnight stay with evening meal and breakfast

Our first time  staying in a Premier  Inn. Clean comfy bed, good value . Staff were excellent even though they were working over Christmas . Just  a seamless experience . We would  stay again. It  is positioned so that it would  be easy- ish access to the local tourist sites.
