I recently traveled to the UAE and made a booking in this hotel thinking there would be more to do. 
Not only was there very little to do in and around the hotel there is no swimming pool. The rooms were OK to say the least. Not clean and rather old fashioned. 
Breakfast staff: not the most welcoming or friendly, and the only thing I actually enjoyed were the eggs.
It is also very noisy and no-one seems to care about the late night noise. 
Standards are below average 
I will not be a returning guest.

Not the best hotel in the city

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the first time this Eid. We were pleasantly surprised to see the suite sized room and the impeccable standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately that's all that was positive about the stay. The service took too long. We requested for an extra bed when we checked in at 12:30 and the bed finally arrived at 20:00. There also seemed to be something wrong with the air conditioning; we found it far too hot. Furthermore the breakfast the next morning was far below standard. There were no meat dishes. The refill of the dishes took forever. There was no value for money at all. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Would think twice about revisiting this hotel. 

Eid visit

We have stayed at this hotel last Friday and if it wasn't a holiday and I wasn't tired, I would have just left! When we arrived, I gave our passports and my name as I have made the reservation, the manager/supervisor answered me "ah good you are here, in 10 minutes I would have cancelled your booking"! So I asked why when I made a confirmed booking, he answered me by saying "because I could not charge with the credit card details provided, you have no money in your account"! 
First of all, I was coming from Oman where I have just checked out of a hotel and paid WITH THE SAME CARD, second being a hotelier myself for almost 20 years, that is not the way to approach a client to say that he could not charge my card. Third of all, although he made me feel super embarrassed in front of everyone in the  lobby and my fiance, I asked to see the paper, the credit card paper said Error, not NO FUNDS. I asked him to try again, when he did IT WORKED!!!
So apart of offending me, being rude by saying he would have cancelled my booking, made boil of so angry I was, he was wrong about the card; so the issue was in their machine or signal or whatever!
I attempted to ask for a hair dryer later and the answer I got was that all were in use, so I said that it as OK but surely those hair dryers werent being used 24hours so someone who took longer most probably had already used so he could bring to me and I would return when I was done (I felt like at work teaching people how to work in a hotel).
Room was cleaned and breakfast was fine, but the entire property smells like cigarette.
So if you do not like cigarettes or rude people, be away from this property!

Do not work with service if you do not wish to serve!

Nice location with disco on upper floor and shisha cafe on ground.

Good for families and business stay.

Check in was very smooth and receptions​ staff is kind and very helpful.

1 bed + living room with balcony and 2 bathroom.

Room is clean and quite big 

There was a little bad smells from the Bathroom.

Coffee Cups were rinsed with water not washed.

Don't stay on 5th floor as music is above your head till 3am.



Nice room

This is an average hotel which is centrally located. Rooms are decent with well-stocked in-room bar. Food is average especially Indian food if that is what you like. Staff is quite helpful in giving room preferences and information about the city.

Breakfast buffet is STRICTLY AVERAGE !

The address is not specific enough to enter in a GPS, but the hotel is easy enough to find.This place is quite dated, and the view on the town side is horrible : I asked to change room, but was told that on the other side there is "noisy" (not "noise") and therefore it's not recommended.Breakfast is nothing to call home about. Would not stay there again.The staff is incompetent, don't ask for any kind of directions, they're incapable of providing those.

OK hotel in RAK

My booking had been cancelled but they were able to re book me with my original price. There were people smoking in the elevator and at breakfast. The room was very nice and big and it had a balcony which was nice. The worse part was the shower there was no water pressure and the nozzle of the shower head was orange with heavy water build up. As I was finishing washing my hair I look down notice the water had turned rusty orange. Yuck! When I was drying my hair the tiny white towel got orange stains all on it. Otherwise it was good but that was just horrid. Lucky I did not have blond hair.

Good except the rusty brown water

Breakfast good, hotel far from city center, large shopping centre on the other side of road.Lots of noice from roof restaurant and massage rooms near by.

Quite okay but noisy hotel for traveller with car

Good fit for budget traveller's to UAE, especially ra's al khaimah business visitors for short stays.

Overall Experience was good but needs to add some vegetarian breakfast items and improve qualities of room service & breakfast.
