We were here for the New Year holidays from December 30 to January 3. Clean, cozy, delicious. We can offer for a quiet holiday for couples and small companies. The hotel is located near the pump room. 5 minutes from the mountain and 7-8 minutes down the mountain. As if in the center, but in a cozy place. It has 4 floors. Clean rooms. The first couple of days it was cool in the rooms, but then either the heating was turned on or we got used to it, but then it was normal. Cleaning (quite high quality) and change of towels - every day. What is always important to me is a good and free wifi throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. The restaurant has delicious, homemade, diet food. Special "thanks" to Natalia for her work. In general, all the staff was very pleased with the attitude. There is a doctor to prescribe drinking water - pleasant and attentive. The hotel always has medicinal teas (4 types), which can be used free of charge on the advice of a doctor. And a very cool masseur Oleg Vasilyevich. For the sake of his massage, you can come back here more than once)) Although I usually like to experiment and not rest in one place twice. I am also grateful for the free transfer from the train station and back. You would have to call a taxi with heavy suitcases.
