Koki Hotel

Beautiful, sparkling clean, an oasis! We had the deluxe suite with window so tons of space. It was quiet,  very comfortable,  and had all the amenities. Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs,  things you miss at other places.  The breakfast was wonderful with many savory choices as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit,  and many juices. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice.  It was a treat to stay here

Second time I’ve stayed and this hotel and I still really love it. It has everything you need, is super clean, rooms are large, bathroom is nice, and the staff are friendly. I also enjoy the brwakdast

Koki was a great choice for us. The hotel security was good. Morning breakfast is great variety. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us.  The room sizes were big.  I will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the Koki Hotel. From the moment we checked in we were treated so well. All the staff and, especially the restaurant staff are wonderful.

Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice local food (but also ”Western”). Reasonable price since many prices are hiked by inflation… Central location. Staff acted quickly when AC stopped working. We could switch rooms and then back without fuzz.

Recommended oasis of comfort

Koki hotel is the place to lodge. From the rooms to the kitchen, all is perfect. I will clodge here again next July 2026.I can't dirget the security part of it. The hotel is directly opposite the Kampala Centeal police station. The hotel sitting on a fleet of stores, makes it easy fir one to change money and shop.

I could not say enough about my experience at Koki Hotel. Ecxept I had a 5-star Experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was great and met all requests. The room exceeded my expectations. The cleaning staff was awesome. The restaurant crew was wonderful and always accommodating. The restaurant chef was great The reception desk with above and beyond.The kindness they showed my mother who has memory issues was so touching. One night she locked herself out of her room and was getting really irritated but she was treated with gentleness. She could not operate the air conditioner but each time she caleed the front desk they approached her with patience and kindness.I could not say enough about the hotel and ots staff. If you want a first- class experience ar an affordable price, please try Koki. It is located on top of  a shopping center where all of you needs can be met. Despite it being in a very busy area, it was quit. My room faced the busy square and I did not hear noise.I want to say THANK YOU  for making my NYE Holiday a great one. Yes also enjoed the celebration at the hotel! Never saw fireworks and white birds simultaneously at the strike of midnight. The host of the NYE celebration was also spectacular.I only have one regret, that I could not have stayed longer.

Location was in a very busy area. Rooms are spacious and clean with A/C and fridge and bed was wide and good. Breakfast was good with omelette cooking station, pancakes and fresh fruitsNegative Internet was working only from one device.You have to use 2 elevators to get into your roomNo good restaurants and supermarkets nearby hotelCoffee at the breakfast was Nescafé

Nice and clean hotel in a busy area

Koki is a new hotel.  It's well appointed, clean and everything works.  The staff are very helpful and professional.  The hotel has a simple restaurant and no bar.  The location is convenient to many things but the neighborhood is pretty hectic.  Wifi worked well.  Breakfast was good.  Air conditioning worked well.  It was a bit noisy at times.

I was told this might not be a good place to stay given the location, but am so glad I did! The room was facing the busy street below but the room was very quiet! Spacious and comfortable! My only complaint would be that staff could be a bit friendlier. I think at check in the entire process was done without a word exchanged. Housekeeping was great but should take note of the do not disturb sign on the door. Several times I had people ringing the bell to clean the room while on conference calls with colleagues in the USA which was a bit disruptive but nothing too major. Overall I will definitely recommend this place and stay again! Breakfast was great each day. I didn’t try the other menu items for lunch or dinner.

The hotel is located in upper floors of a shopping mall. I stayed for 4 nights and took the executive room which still had a very acceptable price (approx. 80 USD). The room was big, nicely furnished and despite the central location quiet at night. Breakfasts are OK, a mid-size buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly but the service-orientation could be better.All in all I enjoyed the stay and can imagine that I would stay there again.
