After falling in love with Dalyan 4 years ago we decided to go this year. Beyaz Villas came highly recommended and I can honestly say they lived up to the reviews. We were met at the airport by private taxi and taken there where we were met by Serdar and his team. We spent two wonderful weeks chilling out and nothing was too much trouble. We had some lovely days out all arranged for us. The rooms are spacious and modern with a separate bedroom and living area leading to a private balcony. If you want a holiday where you feel valued and part  of a big family I would highly recommend Beyaz. The Dalyan people are so friendly too and the town is unspoilt. Thank you for a lovely holiday we will be back

Fantastic holiday with fantastic hosts

We have stayed at Beyaz at least a dozen times over the last fifteen years. Our early stays were fabulous, but they have simply got better and better each year, thanks to the innovation and thoughtfulness of the Owners and their fantastic staff.
A few weeks ago, in cold, wet, horrible England, we decided to go on a short break: where else, but where we knew it would be great? Beyaz!  

Dalyan is a great town, with the friendliest people, and more excellent restaurants than you could visit in a month.
There are loads of boat trips you can make, Roman ruins, ancient tombs, a river, lake and of course fabulous beaches and the warm Mediterranean.

But, most of all, the staff at lovely Beyaz Villas ensure you enjoy the pool, bar, catering and lovely, quiet ambience just a short walk from town.

Just the Best

I was trying to figure out how many times I have been to this amazing place, 8 or 9 maybe, but its doesn't really matter as I am back again in September, and will be coming here for many years to come hopefully. The same goes to my family, my Daughter is out next week for the umpteenth time !
I never tire of coming here, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and its just a short walk into town where you can find fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping.
From arrival at the airport, where Beyaz come and collect you, you will have a wonderful time but don't just take my word about it, read the rest of the reviews. 10/10

Yet another memorable trip .......

I am reluctant to say too much about Beyaz Villas in case i cant book it in future....its a fab place that just gets better year on year. 
Within walking distance of the idyllic yet buzzing town of Dalyan.
Accommodation is clean, spacious and well appointed. I especially like the private balcony each apartment has.
Lots do at the Villa and plenty of place to do nothing and chillax.
Staff are engaging and very helpful often going above the norm to help on off-site visits and recommending places to eat.

Probably Turkeys best kept secret.

This was my first time to Beyaz Villas on strong recommendation of some friends. I have to say the welcome was warm and comforting and I felt right at home straight away. Serdar and his team know how to make you feel at ease and ready to enjoy your holiday. The breakfast eggs were cooked to perfection and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. An afternoon nap on one of the cushty's is must in my book  (not sure how you spell it)  aone of life's little luxuries!  The location is great for the town but far enough out to be peaceful, the rooms are modern clean and comfortable.
Private airport transfers are a real bonus, if your looking to explore Dalyan Bayez Villas is a great warm welcoming base to explore the beauty of the surrounding area.
I'll be back !!!

Great few days in Dalyan

Great rooms with lovely on suite bathrooms .
The staff were amazing all the time and couldn’t do enough to make our stay amazing .
Beyaz is set only a few minutes walk from the lovely town centre with access to many restaurants and sports / coffee bars .

Amazing stay at Beyaz Villas !

Such a warm welcome and as always Beyaz lived up to its reputation. The manager Serdar and his staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough to meet every need. The breakfast with fresh eggs and juices every morning set us up for the day. The atmosphere here is always so positive and friendly. A delight to visit and experience

Another awesome trip

I have been meaning to write this review for months and have finally sat down to try and make a decent attempt as wanted to spend some time to do. Holidaying with our son, we were celebrating 25 years of wedded bliss, and decided to visit Turkey for the first time to experience what can only be described as one of the most beautiful parts of the world.  Beyaz was recommended to us by our daughter who stayed in 2017, she knew immediately, that we would absolutely love it - and she certainly wasn’t wrong. 
We were met at Dalaman airport by a driver, and we, along with another lovely couple who were also staying at Beyaz, were taken to the resort around 30 mins drive away, although it didn’t seem that long as we chatted, all of us in the holiday spirit albeit late at night. Our new acquaintances had stayed there before - I was told most who stay at Beyaz almost certainly return…. and can now understand why. Although late, on our arrival , we were greeted by Serdar, the manager, with a drink which was much welcomed. We were shown to our room for our 10 day holiday to begin, which it did magnificently as we awoke the next morning to go on our first trip arranged by him - The 12 island tour, to view and visit the most spectacular scenery around the area by boat….absolutely breathtaking as we dined by sea and taking a dip in various locations. We had seen many photos and videos of the surrounding area, but have to say nothing can really capture the reality, we were truly amazed. The trip was a great way to meet and get to know fellow guests staying at Beyaz, and on return, is the perfect place to chat and have a laugh about the day’s events and discoveries , and particularly useful for advice and recommendations from those who have stayed many times before , along with the Beyaz team of course. As it is a small resort, it has a sense of coziness where you immediately feel relaxed and in great company - the perfect way to holiday. This means a lot to us, as our son is on the autistic spectrum and takes life at his own pace but likes to improve on his independence skills. I can only say that Beyaz was perfect for him as the team were just fantastic and Serdar was particularly patient, attentive and supportive and made it a wonderful holiday for him.
The accommodation itself was on the first floor, balcony overlooking the gardens and beautiful scenery, where we enjoyed many early evening drinks before going out for dinner. Lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom, immaculately clean. Sofabed in lounge, Aircon in bedroom and lounge. Perfect for what you need. The bar, pool and gardens are wonderful- not too big but certainly enough room and spacious for everyone. A wonderful Turkish buffet breakfast is served every morning- the food is wonderfully fresh and delicious, ranging from fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cooked eggs, coffee, juices etc.  We also sampled other meals on offer  - the chicken was particularly good, but can honestly say everything was fantastic.Beyaz is approximately a 15 minute walk to Dalyan town/ river. You can take various routes on foot and even I didn’t get lost ! You’ll see lots of dogs, lots of fresh fruit, wonderful plants - all in all so very different to everything we are used to back home. We caught the bus in town to visit the beach, and it dropped us just around the corner on our return….. so easy ! The Turkish people really have to be one of the most friendly nations, their hospitality is remarkable and everybody made us feel so welcome with smiles a-plenty. 

It was lovely to meet Tim’s family who came to stay midweek and  we shared many laughs as they also gave us some great tips for the area obviously having stayed many times. The absolute highlight was being asked to come down to the bar, to gather and join in with saying goodbye to a young family who were sadly going home - I knew this was a tradition at Beyaz and a lovely touch to end a lovely holiday. But this was then followed with Serdar presenting us with a celebration cake (as it had been our silver wedding anniversary )whilst playing our wedding song !!! All so emotional!!  Everyone enjoyed the cake and fellow guests even treated us to drinks and a bottle of wine … a wonderful surprise and honestly cannot say how overwhelmed we were . A massive thank you to the owners, Tim, Sarah and of course everyone who made this happen. A magical holiday that will not be repeated.

It is no surprise that Beyaz Villas score so highly in reviews, if you’re thinking Dalyan this year, think Beyaz, a truly wonderful Turkish haven.

Beyaz Villas , Dalyan - A wonderful Turkish haven, to relax, enjoy and explore ❤️

We stayed at Beyaz Villas at the tail end of the 2023 season and had the best time. There were 10 of us in our group and we tried not to be overbearing on the other guests, but at Beyaz everybody ends up as one big family anyway!

I found Beyaz caters for whatever kind of holiday you want - you can enjoy music and drinks by the pool, or retire to either the hammock or one of the cosy snugs to read (or squeeze in one of those essential mid-afternoon holiday naps).

We also made great use of the table tennis table; still no call up from Team GB but I'm sure my phone will ring any day now...

Special thanks to all of the staff who were so friendly, hard-working and accommodating. The facilities were always lovely and clean, and the made-to-order omelettes at breakfast were delicious! 

Serdar (The Manager) organised three incredible trips for all of the guests - a swimming/crabbing trip, a sunset cruise and then a morning visit to swim in a waterfall; followed by one the best breakfasts I'll ever have. Also, if you get the chance to board Captain Ali's boat (My Angel VIP) I'm sure you'll have a day you won't forget in a hurry.

10 Perfect Fun-Filled Days 🌞🇹🇷

We had been let down very badly from a so called friend who we had given money too for a villa, but he did a runner with our money and no villa.
A friend of ours contacted Tim and Sarah to see if they could help us out at very short notice.  They welcomed us with open arms. 
We were picked up from the airport and arrived at Beyez apartments/villas. We were greeted by the manager Serdar who offered us a very much needed drink.!!
The apartment room was very spacious and clean, we had a double bed as well as 2 other bed settees, the shower room was also spacious and a sitting room which went out onto a balcony with lovely views.
A Turkish breakfast was also included in the price, eat as much as you like as well as fresh eggs, so a choice of boiled to omelettes 😋 
The poolside was a very relaxing area. The pool kept very clean and safe, and wonderful to swim in when the temperatures were high (which was every day!)
Serdar would arrange boat trips which is our favourite pastime, you get to see so much of Dalyan and beauty spots, but the best part is swimming in crystal clear warm sea. A buffet lunch is supplied which is always delicious, with BBQ'd chicken/fish/meatballs or crab.
The apartments/villa is less than 10 mins walk to the town where there's loads of restaurants and bars as well as many shops.
Treat yourself to a hamman (a Turkish bath) gets rid of dead skin for a perfect tan!!
Dalyan has taken a piece of our heart, the local people are so friendly but most of all the place itself. The beauty is outstanding. 
If you get the chance to stay at Beyez, you will not be disappointed, infact, you'd book time and time again, like we're doing 😉
