Krabi Flora Hotel

We booked this hotel for a good deal through ibibo. However on reaching there we were told there was no booking on our name. The hotel has no tie up with ibibo. The staff tried reaching the ibibo customer care, but in vain. We had no access to make or recieve calls. We tried reaching out through the in app chat which was not helpful either. The robotic reponses are not very reliable as well. After trying to reach out to ibibo for nearly two hours, the staff agreed upon giving a room on full payment for two days in cash. 'Naer' was very kind and helpful with the entire process. Understanding English was a difficulty for the staff, but they were kind and extended help in every possible way. The room was small, comfortable, extremely clean, well functioning & powerful AC. The place in itself is very beautiful. it's hard to find a vegetarian hotel in the neighborhood. But if you walk upto lotus Tesco, There is a restaurant - Makan Roti which serves few vegetarian options. The located is located near the krabi walking Street. About 30 mins away from Ao Nang.
