The Hotel is super clean and the decor is amazing. A truly 4 star / borderline 5.Restaurant food is very good but incredibly slow considering the number of staff present in the restaurant - they need to work on efficiency.One staff member at the front desk where incredibly rude over the phone (everyone else we’re very friendly).I wanted to get some clothes cleaned and this proved to be so difficult that I needed up giving up and going across the road after they made me wait at the room over 45 mins for someone to collect the laundry.Fumigation very much needed in and around the hotel.We had food completely covered by ants in the room!!
