We enjoyed four nights here. The owners are very warm and welcoming but not intrusive. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I got cold with the aircon and my son was not so I asked for an extra sheet but they bought me a new quilt! It was perfect and an unexpected kindness. The place is spotlessly clean. No breakfast but spoilt for choice in the fort area. Fabulous location. Just be aware that it's tucked into a small street between the bank of Colombo on the corner and a lovely art gallery. Very close to rail, bus, shop, restaurants. Good price. Highly recommended
