We booked online to stay here as it was relatively cheap. We paid $45 for a deluxe room, which came with a double and twin bed. The room was clean and well looked after. It included a TV, refrigerator, water dispenser, towels and extra bedding. The bathroom is clean and has a bath-tube and shower head. It looks to have been installed within the last year. The hotel is very close to the main water-front area which has a lot of bars and restaurants. It's also only two blocks away from a large supermarket (Emart). For what we needed, it was excellent.
