I made a reservation through internet hotel site and received a confirmation mail. And I received a expecting mail four days before. I arrived this motel at night and was noticed my booked three rooms were not reserved and that night the motel had no room. I and my family including kids and parents were embarrassed about that news. And we were shocked by female host's attitude. 

She said, 'Why didn't you make a confirmation call to me? I mistook your reservation paper from previous your cancelation paper. But here is no room this night. Don't waste your time complaining and go out to get rooms for you at other motel! I don't know why I contract to hotel reservation site. Without it we have too many travelers here.'

She had NO SYMPATHY at all for family including kids and senior citizens arrived strange place at night and no booked room!

I don't know how this motel is cost-valued. But I hate to meet a host without traveler's mind or sympathy but only with cash-oriented mind.

Embarrassed! Disappointed!

The VIP Room is excellent for a long term stay, due to it being very spacious. There is an entry hall for your shoes and bicycle, a large computer area with a computer, and has a fast internet that is password protected. There is a printer down stairs. 
The hotel room has a vanity for a female putting on makeup. The bathroom has a great shower that is enclosed by Glass, with a separate large bathtub. With the windows open, there is a nice breeze, but has a great air conditioning/heating as well.
The main room holds a full size bed and a twin bed with a short wall in between beds. It has a large TV and refrigerator, couch and table. Very comfortable.
There is no restaurant, but has lots of restaurants within a mile or two.
The hotel room has a digital lighting system has a display on the wall, and can be controlled by the remote for the TV. The air conditioner is controlled by the remote as well.
I have associates who at staying in other rooms that are not as spacious for a difference in price, but they are very comfortable in them. Lot of covered parking spaces as well. The rooms are cleaned very well, daily.
