what a lovely B&B run by husband and wife, Walter and Anna. room is nice and cozy, with a small kitchenette and breakfast is 5 steps away from room door at a small alcove with couch and books. this is the best accommodation option for someone visiting Piran with a car, which is a fairly car-free town. you can walk downhill to town but the journey back will be a hike. so I still recommend driving. you can park at Garage Arze which is not far from the Walls of Piran.
