What was good
The location is beautiful, in the very center, within walking distance of the Kremlin, the Museum District, the Kazan waterfront, Iskra, the Museum of the Samovar, the Arms... the service at the hotel is fast, clear.
What was bad
It was very cold in the room. It was obviously cold. At my request, I got a heater in the room. But it didn't help much. It would have been better to have a split system on the heater.

It was very cold in the rooms, the food at the breakfast was absolutely cold. There were not enough seats in the main hall. The cleaning in the room for three days was not noticed at all. It was limited to partial towel replacement and garbage collection from the trash can.

We were moved from one lounge to another (we had to pack everything up and move), since there were no rooms in the hotel because it was all filled with Arabs (maybe I'm mistaken about where these people were from) from some event in the city..
