Provence on Kurskaya

- The hostel is on the second floor of a building, not hard to find. However, when you first enter the big gate (see the photos), the security guard will ask you to wait and call the reception girl to come to pick you up. - The family room is very huge! - The reception (the girl, I asked for her name but couldn't really catch it) was super nice. She speaks a little English so she used google translate to communicate with us but she is super nice, friendly and hard working. It seems like she takes care of everything from reception, cleaning, washing and everything. - The location is superb, 10 mins from Kurskaya metro station and we feel safe in this environment. - The hostel is so clean and located on the second floor with lift! It's hard to find a lift for a hostel in Russia. We used to take out baggage up but the rest of the day we just walk. It's just only on the second floor! - We slept on sofa beds on the family room and it was unexpectedly comfortable. - The hostel is located on a small street and it's not noisy at all but still feel pretty safe. - Actually, there is nothing that we don't like at all. We would say things that need to improve a little? The tourist registration process was a little slow but the reception girl took care of it really well and tried so hard.
