The most terrible hotel I've ever been to! I don't recommend and advise before booking to take into account negative (real) reviews. The room was to be in a soft, unpleasant room, smells old, everything is scurvy, rotten, you're stuck on the cottages because they're just torn out. In the bathroom you just get wet on the floor (naturally in no case except bare feet) and all the water flows into the hallway. With the bad, huge losses

In the hotel, the garbage is clean, in the room too. Trash is taken out every day, towels are changed, they can be added. The bed hasn't been changed for 6 nights. Maybe you should have asked for a change.. The staff is excellent, and at the reception, and the waitresses. Always ready to help, you can contact. The administrator gave a vase for flowers, the waitresses gave on request a canvas with a board, a patch, a towel, additional water.

Nothing but the location (10 minutes walk to the Belarusian metro)

I'll start with the smell of mold in the room, even though the window was open, which made it awful cold. It's good that we found a heater that heated the tiny room in 15 minutes. In the bathroom the shower is not fenced with anything, the water is everywhere: on the toilet seat, in the garbage bin, the floor is completely flooded. There's no fan!
