Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 23:00. The property has no reception. Check-in is contactless. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive instructions. Check-in instructions must be received before 09:00 PM. Check-in is self-service according to the instructions provided. Keys are located in a safe at the apartments. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. A passport is required for check-in, including the main page and registration. A security deposit is required upon check-in to ensure the integrity of the property. The amount may vary depending on the length of stay, the number of guests, and the presence of pets. During holidays, the deposit is always higher.
The minimum deposit starts from 3,000.00 RUB. For stays of 3 to 7 days, the deposit is RUB 5000.00-7000.00. For 7 to 14 days, it is RUB 8000.00-13000.00. For 14 to 20 days, it is RUB 14000.00-16000.00. For 30 days, the deposit is RUB 20000.00. If the house rules are adhered to, the deposit is fully refunded on the day of departure.
Guests are asked to treat the bed linens and towels with care. Certain stains can render the linens irreparable, in which case the deposit will be withheld. |
