Stayed here for a week and enjoyed the fact it feels like the real Madeira. Lovely cottage, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice sea view from the lounge. The owner was really lovely, so welcoming and helpful. She came to see us every day to bring fresh bread, make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. We didn't order breakfast but on the first morning she bought a tray of croissants and fresh orange juice. Fresh local fruit appeared too.
