There is no organisation. Stuff don't know English. Broken windows, no breakfast, one bathroom per floor. There was broken pipes, and they were needed 2 days to fix that. No warm water in showers, except at the early morning.

Poor service.

First, our booking was forgotten. Finding a new room for nine people was not so easy, so we split up. Five of us ended up in a fourth room on the first floor, where, because of mold and construction work, we don't really want guests staying (but we do have to stay constantly).

Better than sleeping on the street

Staff are very rude, had incorrectly booked our length of stay, and when questioned were extremely unhelpful and oblivious to the fact that we are paying customers! When we checked in we were told that we had a room but we were not shown to this room, nor were we told which beds we were having!

The toilet doors don’t lock and there is no door to one of the showers (so you are flashing anyone who decides to walk into the bathroom) there is no room to fit bags through the doors and the rooms are very cramped! 

The only positive my friends and I have grasped from this hellhole is that the sleep is average and feasible and that the location is good, due to the metro station being close by.

But overall, DO NOT stay at this hostel, due to the poor staff and the facilities being very below standard!

Horrid

We went to 5 girls, a clean room with a large balcony on the main square! The showers are clean, the kitchen is also clean despite a lack of utensils and layout (only a microwave to cook food)... In short, very good quality price ratio and very attentive staff! I highly recommend for people who do not have too strong requirements...

friendly hostel

I slept on dirty sheets that they already knew in person. The pillow smelled like the heads of more people who had been there than three nights. A nightmare.

The hostel is dirty, no clean bathrooms, and you don't have a locker to put your stuff. It is relatively close to downtown (Praça de commercio) and you can take metro near the hostel. No breakfast too

Dirty

The truth is that I didn't know where to start. Everything was really dirty, the kitchen was literally a mess, it was bad, the curtain in our room was not working and the festival of flies and mosquitoes that concentrated there better or talked. The bathrooms smelled bad even when I walked in just after seeing a guy cleaning out. The first night I went to bed, after we almost ran out of space (being paid in advance in the morning; you know that to get your hands on everything is fast) two beasts in my bed, which I resigned myself to having been seen sleeping on the street five minutes earlier. The following days, we finally made up our minds that there were no picnics, that they were normal, and that there were no logical objects, and that there were no logical objects, and that there were too many details, but the staff was very careful to recruit.

The hostel in general is quite normal, but the showers are horrible, they have no lock and they are quite dirty.On the first floor there were no running showers, only on the third and fourth floors, which was horrible because there are many stairs.The staff is lovely, it was the best part of the place.For a couple of nights, it is recommended, for a week as I was, better not.

Useful for a couple of days.

Despite its convenient location and pleasant staff, the hostel has rooms where you can easily put your things, uncomfortable beds, extremely dirty bathrooms and common areas that are not isolated from the rooms so you can hear everything. There is no elevator between the floors and it is difficult to find a plug in the bathrooms, which also have semi-open doors where intimacy shines through their absence.

Estate is lamentable.

Their site does not show sanitair for a reason, it doesnt work or it stinks. The dorms are small and there are no keys to the lockers. The breakfast only consists of dry bread and jam. Staff is friendly though.
