We’ve spent lots of time in Puerto Princesa & this is the very best hotel we’ve had.  I’d recommend it without any hesitation.

I love the warm hospitality of the staff especially Tony, Fely, the driver and Mr Benjamin. We highly recommend this hotel.

We are very please and accomodated  by staff specially by the owner.. Always with smiles and warm greetings. Food are grate and they will surprise u with cake if its ur birthday or any occasion.. We love staying here and will surely will come back..

I love the place and it’s staff especially Anthony! My only comment is that our bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan.

The staff was excellent, very helpful.Room ok, comfy bed and pillows. Wifi worked well. AC unit was not possible to adjust the temperature for some reason.Breakfast was ok.Would absolutely stay there again.

People working on this place are very attentive, diligent, caring and dedicated to make you feel better than home. Take care of every detail to make sure you feel comfortable and cover your needs. Also have free shuttle to and from airport. Very clean, close to Robinson Mall 20 minutes walking distance. The owner personally welcomed me at check in and check out. Better service than a conventional hotel. I've stayed probably in more than 300 hotels, hostels and capsules. Highly recommend this place and very likely will stay here next time come to Palawan.

The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation.We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional…

Very accommodating owner and staff, welcomed us upon arrival and served us with fresh mango juice- so refreshing after long hours of travel. Complimentary airport transfer was a plus! I highly recommend this place. Very organized as well. They will ask you right away what breakfast we would want based upon their menu and what time it will be served. I feel like the owner treats his guests just like his own children almost :)

Enjoyed a delightful one-night stay with my family at Casa Belinas in Puerto Princesa. Charming ambiance, attentive staff, and super clean accommodation made for a memorable experience while leaving Palawan.Convenient location, delicious dining, and overall welcoming atmosphere added to the appeal.Will definitely visit next time we come back to PPS. Owner and staff were beyond excellent hosts.Not only do they make individual fresh breakfast for each of their guest daily, they’re willing to do so at odd hours to accommodate your schedule. Only complaint is the general area, which unfortunately applies to most of Puerto Princesa. Not a whole lot do in the town, which consists of run down convenient stores within walking area. Would recommend this stay if just visiting for a day maximum to do the underground river tour or as a quick layover since it’s close to the airport.

Great value and customer service all around. We experienced a long delay in our flight and arrived close to midnight. The owner was there to greet us and to ensure that we were taken care of by his staff including booking our excursion for the following day. My daughter got sick while we were there, and the place offered to take us to the hospital if needed. Thank goodness that it wasn’t necessary. The staff were very attentive, and always ask us if we needed any assistance. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

Great value and staff

we arrived at the inn around 9:00 pm. The owner personally welcomed us and offered refreshments.  we had to check out at 4:30 am the next morning.   light breakfast was ready for us and again it was the owner who arranged it. we did not expect that breakfast will be ready in that early hour. anyway, there is also a courtesy van that took us to the airport.  Highly recommended  for the price. well worth it.  If ever i visit Puerto Princesa again I willnot have second thoughts about staying at thos inn.

Casa BeLina is cozy and homey, and all the staff were really nice and accomodating! I called them directly for a last minute stay and fortunately, they had a room. They picked us up from the airport for free. When we arrived, we got free drinks, and the owner himself was there to welcome us. He also sent us off and he was very friendly. The room was very neat and tidy. The food is good, especially the danggit! The staff were great and were always around to assist us. Stayed here for 2 nights with adults from 20s to 60 yo, everyone had a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! 💕

A very lovely stay!

My friend and I are two young backpackers and when we landed in puerto princesa we went to our hostel that didn’t exist so panic drove around trying to book into something affordable and nearby. We arrived to Casa Belina not knowing if our online booking was succesful and they immediately welcomed us in and sat us down and were ready to help. We had a lovely clean and spacious private room with a powerful and hot shower so we could freshen up. They also gave us welcome drinks and breakfast at a set suites time for us and helped us with getting our bus the next morning. The driver and the owner came with us to the bus station and dropped us free of charge and ensured we got on the right van. Cannot recommend them enough they made sure we were happy safe and comfortable throughout. After being so overwhelmed by our situation, I nearly cried at how kind they were and how much they went above and beyond.

Absolutely incredible service

I would say this hotel has the greatest service among all the hotels I have been to for decades.
The hosts attentively waited for our arrival even at  very late hours which  was a lot later than our schedule.

The room is very clean, well equipped. Equipped with every basic things a traveller needs. It is homey as like "feel at home atmospherre. 
I would say they are superhosts". They made our stay so convenient. Drove us to the airport without further charges. Even didn't charge us for extra hours we spent after check out.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
