October holiday, caravanning, fair priced

In fact, I'd have to forgive her 0 stars for having had very bad experiences with EEZZ even though the servicepoint was closed at night, so only check-in with the delivery of the key through a restaurant manager who did not give us any details, so I'll try to list it in a few points. We were staying at the holiday park Kijkduin in our EEZZ 870 accommodation from 12 to 17 July 2023.

Housing not cleaned, no support from Roompot

The check-in went smoothly, thanks to the keycard that was sent in advance. Since we arrived relatively late, I don't think there was any time to wait. Then we saw the house from the inside and it really hit us... It was very dirty and we're really not penniless. The fact that the windows weren't cleaned, I can overlook it, but that there were mold traces on the window frames and the dishes were probably still stuck on the dishes - I don't think we're talking about a price of about 330€/N! The park was lovely and lots to do to keep kids entertained and it’s right by the beach. The accommodation however was filthy. One of the rooms stunk of sweat, there were splattered flies all over the walls, the shower was full of hair and hair ties from the previous person and the sweeping brush in the cupboard was full of thick dust. So glad we brought our own pillows as well cause the ones they provided were paper thin.  We ended up moving to Duinrell and it was spotless there and much nicer. 

Accommodation is disgusting

The size of the residential car park was still acceptable. The high frequency of the area meant that the camper found bare ground (no grass, no hay) (at least it was on the allotted area). In case of rain an unpleasant condition. The sanitary building was clean, too small for the size of the area.

Good location, defects in the square

Came with touring caravan on cheap acsi rate. Pitches were spacious with ehu. Beach nearby. Indoor pool good. Massive site. Bungalows are really villas. Good shop. Park and ride into Den Haag 10 mins away by car. Site probably useless for motorhomers, unless have bikes. Off season quiet, main season.....could be the opposite. Would use again.

Ideal low season location for Den Haag

Unfortunately, the houses are not undergoing any basic cleaning, only surface cleaning. Unfortunately, it was like this before. The environment is nice. Most of the equipment is lacking, cutlery, plates, etc. Some furniture is very busy. Now in December 2022, it is very noticeable that all the windows and doors are leaking. No beautiful bungalow, the 182...

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be.

We had a nice day in this large park of diverse accommodations and great camping sites 5 min walk from the beautiful beach 😁 Bike rental possible at 12.50€ a day if you want to reach the city at 30min by bike But this part is much nicer with its dunes and its walk and the mist of the North Sea 😊 Magnificent sunset  27.50€ for 2 adults and electricity 👍 impeccable, large, heated and very functional sanitary 👏

The journey went smoothly thanks to prior reservation. Arriving without any waiting times and independently connecting to its parking space is already a little spooky. Everything is designed contactless, the documents are sent in advance. The location is at the end of a road, with a lot of traffic a little tricky, and located directly on the beach. The beach is easily and quickly accessible via the beach access, even if the direct beach accesses close at 8:00 p.m. The square itself is huge, all around clean and the sanitary facilities have been urgently cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities have come in years and for a few to the entrance area. Here, too, regarding the parking space, we must be careful!

Unfortunately, it is also difficult to get a ticket to the house without any waiting time. To the house: from here to four people are enough. There are two staff bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Unfortunately, there is a personalised access card for each house, which is sent to a person in advance and which the visitor can throw away afterwards. Unfortunately, waiting times are eliminated from my house. Unfortunately, the late check-out is also difficult: every house gets only one ticket. To the house: from here to four people are enough. There are two staff bedrooms, a living room and a toilet.
