Excellent place to use as a base to explore the town of Taroudant and surrounding mountains. Said is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, the rooftop is very nice. I'll be back if I'm in the neighborhood :)

Our host spotted us on the street when we tried to park our car, helped us with the bags and Led us yo our room. Some may call it basic, but if you need good bed, hot water, nice breakfast and very obliging and friendly host, this is your place! It's 10 minutes walk from the city walls, next to the mosque and has lovely garden on the roof when you can chill after busy day. Recommend :) 

The hotel is clean, cool and comfortable. My bedroom was a bit basic, but had everything I needed (but I am pretty low maintenance)  The breakfast is absolutely delicious and is served on the terrace. I rarely finished it and I eat for England.

The owner, Said, speaks excellent English and is charming. He is also a qualified mountain guide and I ended up doing a 2 day hike into the Atlas with him and a Swiss couple from the hotel. This hike was the highlight of my trip and I highly recommend it - we stayed with an elderly couple in a berber village and were treated with such kindness and amazing food. You will need good boots though!

Really enjoyed my stay here, the owner spotted me in the street with my bags (on arrival) so gave me a lift to the property. He was helpful and gave me recommendations. He was friendly and made good conversation. My room (double room) was clean, the bed was comfortable. Wifi was better than most places I had stayed in Morocco. The breakfast (on the roof terrace) was tasty & left my stomach satisfied. The property is a short walk away from the centre, also 30 minutes walking distance from the bus station/taxi rank. 

A generous breakfast on the roof terrace. A truly attentive and helpful host.  English speaking!  Said is full of helpful advice about this interesting town. This is budget accommodation with shared shower/loo which was clean and practical. We enjoyed the walk from town but we could have taken mini taxis.  This suited us very well, and Said offers trips into the mountains which we didn't have time to do. It is next to a mosque which didn't affect me though it could others!

Good value and hospitality. Noisy area with schools and mosque loudspeakers, which I enjoyed but may be a problem for light sleepers.

Tucked out of the way, it is an easy 10 minute walk to central Taroudant. It has beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. The terrasse is lovely both for the petit déjeuner and reading. I got to Taroudant at 5 PM with no place to stay. The host was very welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The 2-day trek, with an overnight in a Berber home, was truly amazing and highly recommended.

The Auberge is located a 15 minutes walk outside the Medina besides a Musc. It is definitly a good alarm clock and the muezzin has a nice voice.
The room i stayed in had stucco on the ceiling an pictures from tibet on the walls nice interior.
Breakfeast with fresh fruits. And possibility to hire a bicycle.
Moderate prices the same which where mentioned in lp. Thumbs up.
