The apartment was clean and the interior looked brand new or recently remodeled. My room had a sofa in the main room in addition to the bed, as well as a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery etc. It is located along the bay, about a 10-15 minute walk to the walled old town. My room didn't have a view, but I was out all day anyway. The owner was very friendly and offered to provide any help I would ask for. Convenient and good value.

The place was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was a great location close to the water's edge and we've plenty of places tea nearby. Within easy walking distance of food stores shopping centre and the old town. Also not far from a bus stop to take you to other places to explore around the bay. I would happily recommend and love to stay here again. Access was to the side of a restaurant, Che Nova.

The great place to stay!

An amazing apartment in a great location. Everything is well presented and there is everything that you could need for a few days stay. The room is spacious and well presented with a great seating area and nice kitchen area and clean and modern bathroom. My only comment is why is the sink so small in the bathroom - but this is minor! The place is fantastic value for money. Close enough to the old town but away from the craziness of the crowds of people from the cruise ships.

Fantastic apartment, brilliant location

Stayed for 3 nights in Apr 2023. It was a very enjoyable stay by the beautiful beach. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Plenty of dining options nearby. A quick walk to the old town. Convenient on site parking in front of apartment (non-peak). We had a lovely time. JC Singapore

Nice place on the ground floor of a house within walking distance from the old city centre.  Parking in the street. 
Bay of Kotor across the street, as well as the walking promenade. Che Nova restaurant approx 10 meters from the front door, couldn't ask for more.
Beds were not really comfortable though. 

Centrally located apartment 

Apartments Marilu have a good location, just by the bay and within a walking distance to the Old Town. The apartment is beautiful and atmospheric, stylishly furnished. There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. The parking place is available on the premises.  The hostess is nice.
We stay one night here and pay 32 euro which is not cheap.

Location was good, only 10 minute walk to old town but also close by to other bars and restaurants. Check in was minimal, owner didn’t ask our names just led us to a room and gave us the key (no explanation of anything). Also room had a strong smoke smell which was unpleasant and only 1 toilet roll provided for 4 night stay

Good location

Me and 11 of my friends spend fantastic time in apartaments Marilu in Kotor. Location was great (just 26 steps from the sea ;) ) near the public beach, restaurants and  just a short walk from the Old Town. Owner was friendly, aprataments clean, comfortable and well equipped.

5 nights in Kotor

We stayed in the large 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was very clean and comfortable.  The owner greeted us on our arrival and was very friendly.
There is an outside seating area which overlooks the beautiful bay.
There are 3 restaurants across the road from the apartment which can be very convenient if you prefer not to walk to the old town of Kotor.  However, the restaurant directly opposite the apartment plays music from 8am - midnight, which can be heard in the 2 bedrooms at the front of the property.
Being less than 10 minutes walk to the old town of Kotor, the property is in an excellent location.

Great location!

We found this apartment by chance, while we were walking... we were lucky to be vacant and we loved it! both Daniela and the Husband were impeccable! Located close to the center (10 minutes walk) and the beach (5 minutes) it is a small but super comfortable apartment is lovely with everything we need! We highly recommend!
