My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night between landing in UB and catching the bus to Tsetserleg. Jay (the owner's son) was extremely helpful coordinating our airport pick up. He also drove us to the bank so we could exchange our currency. His kindness made us feel safe and comfortable in this new country! I give this experience 5 stars because Jay really went out of his way to help us. He gave us his card when we left the next morning in case we needed help interpreting anything during the rest of our trip. We ended up giving him a call the day before we were scheduled to fly to China and requested a ride from the bus station to the airport. Jay let us know we would have a driver and the next day his father picked us up from the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel if you spending a brief amount of time in UB, especially if you want to be close to the Dragon Bus Station! Thank you Jay!
