Hotel in the center. We had a room for five while we were four, in the courtyard so quiet. Very comfortable room, very helpful staff. We only stayed two nights but we would have stayed a little longer in San Miguel.

It's a very nice hotel and very well located!

When I arrived, they didn't recognize my booking for Hostelworld, they offered me a rate of 40 plus, I had to fight hard enough to get a discount, and in the end I ended up paying a little more than the booking.

Lindo but experienced eye contact.

My girlfriend and i stayed here in November and were very disappointed. The location is great and the courtyard area is nice but thats about it! The staff were uninterested and gave us no advice or help. The hot water worked about 50% of the time and you had to let the water run for about 5 mins before getting hot. We were told we were only allowed one small bottle of water refilled a day for free which is absolutely shocking considering you cant drink tap water. It seems they like wasting water in the shower but don’t like giving their guests a drink!? There were also ants crawling out of the wall in our room and what sounded like rats running around in the roof which kept us awake one night

If you are looking for a good, nice and cheap hotel, this is the option, it has an excellent location, clean, the staff working there is very friendly, would definitely return to this hostel, they should put the pool table back.

Hostel BBB Hostel BBB

This hostel is great for somewhere to sleep and shower but is unusual as a hostel. The location is AMAZING! Just a block away from all the action and super easy to walk to all attractions (if you're willing to walk uphill!)
We stayed in the dormitory for 2 nights - one of which we were the only guests! It is slightly more expensive on a Friday and Saturday nights. 
The room and beds were clean and comfortable however we did notice one top bunk had some fallen rock matter from the fresco walls. There was no aircon or fan in the room so the second night when it was fairly full it got very hot.
The courtyard was lovely and they sell barista coffees to enjoy. 
There is a fridge and microwave available, but no other facilities. You can buy water at reception but there is no free drinking water like most other hostels in Mexico. There was no alcohol allowed in the hostel but plenty of bars nearby. 
The showers are pretty great but heed caution in the women's bathroom! There is no area to undress for the shower except by the sink which is in full view of anyone walking past if someone else opens the door!! You also need to bring your own towel. 

If you're looking for a social hostel, this isn't it. But it is fantastic for exploring.

Central location, few facilities

It's a good place, nice and cheap. I'd say pocket-friendly. Simple yet lovely. We loved that the place was clean, both the room and the hostel itself. The staff is attentive and kind at all times. I recommend it for a couple of nights.

Three Bs.

It is very well located, has bars and restaurants and is a 5-minute walk from the centre.The room was very comfortable and the common areas clean and pleasant.The guys at the reception provide you with all the information so that you can make the most of your stay.

It has a very good location, you can visit the hotel and return to the hotel whenever you like without any problem.The rooms and common areas are very clean.The staff is always willing to help you and they are very kind.It is a very good option for someone who travels alone.

Centric and clean.

The room we're touching doesn't have windows so it's gloomy, the decoration is simple and the hotel has the basics, so I think it's a good price-quality relationship.

A good option

My partner & I spent about two weeks here. Place is clean at all times, staff is really helpful & friendly.They have a nice terraza plus a pool table where you can spend the evenings talking to other travellers.Definitely I would recommend this place.
