This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not outside, inside. You can hear everything that happens in the hallways or stairwells. If you have a room near a terrace that means you have other guests partying outside your room until whenever. The doors are made of glass and so there is no insulation. However, hotel staff is incredibly nice, location is great, views from aforementioned terraces are fantastic, and we might stay here again if we could rent out the entire hotel to ensure peace and quiet. 

Earplugs or white noise machine is a must. 

The bathrooms on the terrace were dirty, were twice pointed out to the administration and continued dirty. They only gave you one bottle of courtesy water for the duration of your stay. We thought that when cleaning the room they would leave another bottle of courtesy, which never happened, recommending that they carry their water bottles. The budget rooms are small and with little ventilation. We had the bad experience of some scandalous neighbors. On another day of stay, we had the bad experience at night, where we listened to a couple having relationships, not thinking that the hotel was being hosted by families and that the couple were staying together, and the audience heard.

I liked that it was in the center of the city.  I requested additional towels and they never brought them. We were four and they only provided 2 bath towels per day’

We got a thousand pesos stolen, they had a strategy and sent us photos from various places, they grossly and pedantly charged us a blanket that had an old paint stain, we didn't even have makeup, Mrs. Altanera already had a number and protocol armed, they gave you a show on the way out and wanted to do it with more guests.

We were staffed for a black paint patch that had a redhead, they wouldn't let us out until we paid $1,000 The receptionist's service is horrible and the place in general isn't worth it, they can find something better.

I booked a room with a balcony and city view and didn't get what I booked, I brought it up with the receptionist and was told there was nothing they could do, wouldn't even refund me the difference to a low end room... they're more worried about their towels n sheets then the actually hospitality...the parking is 1km away too just so you know

The only thing I would put them on is the onions from the shower stations.

Location is great but the beds are terrible. Couldn’t sleep very well.
