• Transfers to and from Joali Being Resort are booked by the property based on the arrival/departure time of guests' international flight.
• In the arrivals area of Velana International Airport, guests will be greeted by hotel staff holding a Joali sign. They escort guests to the check-in counter for the seaplane flight. After check-in, hotel staff will escort guests to the airport lounge.
• To ensure a timely and smooth transfer, guests are required to provide the hotel with their international flight details at least 7 days prior to arrival. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
