We stayed at three other 4-star hotels this trip except for this one but found the staff and amenities the best here. The staff was very helpful and their hospitality was greatly appreciated. The rooms are on the small side, especially the washroom, but they were still an experience and the amenities and staff more than made up for it. Being able to trade in unused toothbrushes for a small gift was fun.One minor gripe though is that there's only 1 elevator which can test your patience if you're in a hurry.
