Great hotel with friendly staff and lovely cafe in very trendy area, lots of evening options immediately around the hotel. The room was clean - yes maybe it was a little small - but overall the stay was 10/10.

This hotel is so cute, clean and convenient. The book café and reception on the first floor are nice and pretty. The coffee is delicious, and the mug of coffee is cute. The staff is kind. I want to come again.

Great location in the middle of everything. Close to the station. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere.

Overall the hotel is great with wonderful library at lobby, the only minus point would be the room is too small as in no space to walk and put luggage.

This hotel is conveniently located in Tenjin Area - walking distance to BIC Camera, Don Quijote Tenjin, shopping street and Yatai stalls. The room is so spacious, far from typical Japanese hotels. Even the bathroom is spacious! First floor is a cafe which can get crowded at times. Overall, we loved our stay here.

It has some wow factors such as the lobby/cafe with lots of books and the bustling and hip neighborhood. The coffee at the cafe is good and the price is Y495. It is fairly cheap for the quality and the ambience. The neighborhood is fun to explore. The downside is, it has very small rooms. I stayed in a twin room with my wife, and it was the one of the smallest, if not ‘the’ smallest, rooms I ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it for those with large carriers. In addition, as the neighborhood is bustling, you should expect some noise very late at night. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

I stayed for 3 nights.Like many business hotels in Japan, a lot of things here are self-service. The laundry area is located on thr ground floor, which is too public for me, as everyone can just walk in.The room wear is placed just next to the elevator exit in each floor, for you to pick up yourself.The room is small, but equipped with everything you probably need. It is located very close to cosmetics/drug stores and many restaurants with a wide variety of food choices are available. The location is convenient to me, with ~10 mins of walk to subway station.

Worth every penny

We loved this hotel! The location and 24 hour cafe were the top points for me. I was able to get a latte whenever I needed in those first couple days when jet lag was tough (like 3 AM when both kids were up and sleep was no longer an option).  My 4 year old loved the bunk beds and the croissants from the cafe. All in all a great hotel for seeing Fukuoka with my husband, 4 year old and infant!

Modern hotel that seemed up to date. The room was quite clean and sufficient enough space for 2 people + 2 small suitcases. Highly recommend for those looking to stay in Fukuoka. The area is very walkable with plenty of shopping, food, and accessibility to local attractions. Cafe downstairs is a huge perk for those looking to start the day with caffeine and breakfast!

Modern and comfortable hotel

Would go 4.5 or 4.8 if I could.Price and location were great. A slight walk to transit but not an issue for us personally. The unit was small as is common in Japan but the space was well used.The only issue was checkin / reception. As it doubles as a hotel and coffee shop / lounge the lobby is over crowded and not efficiently laid out with a single machine everyone is required to use. Imagine multiple folks trying to check in (with their luggage in tow) while other guest are trying to leave and cafe patrons are going to and from the washroom all which congregates at a single 1.5 metre stretch of hallway.My recommendation would be to cut a few of the cafe tables in the back and provide more space for in and outbound guests.

A lovely hotel which is very convenient and quite comfy. Lots of restaurants,convenient stores and shops nearby. The room is a bit small like other rooms in Japan but it is fine for 1-2 people. The only problem is the air conditioner. It showed that the room temperature was 19/20°C but I believed that the actual temperature was much higher than that and I sweat when I slept.

Nice, clean and convenient

This hotel is WONDERFUL. Even before you walk in, you are excited to stay because the neighborhood you walk through to reach it is trendy, interesting, and friendly. The hotel is beautiful -- tastefully decorated. The staff was so kind and professional. The room was compact yet perfectly formed  -- everything you could want was somehow masterfully designed in (eg a desk, a cushioned chair, mini fridge, and kettle). The biggest surprise was the inordinately large bathroom with a shower and a separate tub!!! Highly recommend! Am dying to go back!!!

The hotel was conveniently located around 10-15mins walk from different stations like Tenjin, Tenjin-Minami, Akasaka stations as well as surrounded by many cafes, food stores and convenience stores too. Taking the subway or a taxi from the airport was easy too.The hotel breakfast was lovely with various croissant and drink options that you could specify the evening before. We had a good week-long stay and throughout, the room was clean, very comfy and staff were always so friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice atmosphere in the ground level café with good coffee and cake. The outside is rather noisy, especially on a weekend night, but with closed windows it's quite ok. There was a balcony on our room, but with no view to speak of, there was little reason to step outside. There's only one elevator, so during busy times, one might have to wait quite a while to get up or down.
