The owner Toni was very kind and explained the history of the Roman St. Peter's Castle well. The view of Rome is absolutely unique!! especially at night... Club Kotobuki is the perfect place to relax in good company. There is also a very nice dog (Zago) and a cat (Ran).

It's a stupid day.

A little over half an hour from Rome we found a corner of serene tranquility. The gentle cordiality of the owners also made it natural to chat in their company receiving so valuable information about the destinations to visit and the tractory where to eat. The rooms assigned to us were pretty, clean and welcoming; the breakfast rich and accompanied by a relaxing background of music that has a good start to the day (a special note about the homemade marmalades by Mrs. Takeko!!!).

Takeko and Tony are very kind and hospitable, the rooms are sober and clean with details that recall the east, great breakfast.

The Charm of the East Just outside Rome

The delicious accommodation, the well-groomed furnishings and the various breakfast dishes satisfy every taste. In the surrounding areas the various villages are small but rich in genuineness, we recommend the baker of the Roman castle of St. Peter, the meat from 'cilia' in Palestrina and stroll through any villages nearby. We stayed in the b&b in winter and give a positive comment without enjoying the pool and having the green spaces of the hot seasons... Go if you want to find the pleasure of simple things again!

We stayed three days for New Year's Day... which means a wonderful place, excellent service, amazing dogs... some road signs would make it easier for the rest of us to get there.

Great stay

The place is quite isolated, very quiet, on a hill from which you can admire a not to mention exceptional panorama of all of Rome. Great for those who want to relax away from the chaos. The room I had with my partner was in a balcony. Very neat all the furniture in general, very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and really great. The owners are extremely kind and courteous, it seems to be at a friend's house. Very pleasant atmosphere. We were there on the 31st night. We will definitely return.

Exceptional

Toni and Takeko are very welcoming, very attentive and we feel good at home. Breakfast is a time of happiness because of the quality, the aroma and the abundance of the food on offer, but also because of the beautiful presentation that is the sweetness of Takeko's house and the dining room. We do not think about the necessary meals, but we are very interested in going to the hotel, but we are still very much interested in all the other things, especially the hotel room.
