60 euros x sleeping in a mini-bed in two seems like a lot, given that breakfast is not very abundant. The view is very nice, on the sea, just across the road and railway. Good cleaning.

I mean, uh...

The next day, the owner calls me and says that the day before her computer was not working, she couldn't check, that in the meantime she had booked her room on Booking. So my booking is canceled. But how do I do now, that I have deleted the other booking I had down? - I don't care is her rude answer.

The B&B has two rooms with a sea view on the same floor as the owner in an area that does not offer any service.. The spaces are a little narrow and the furnishings are a little vintage (too suppletiltile). The room in front of the sea has a beautiful view. As for breakfast, we found at the table a small quantity of food/drink, for example, a glass of juice rather than a bottle, two corn cookies, a piece of cake, a piece of seal.

We were two days in this b&b and I must say we were very good the room with sea view very clean the excellent and abundant breakfast served on the terrace a show the lady then is a really exquisite person we will definitely be back soon.

Clean room overlooking the sea. Warm accommodation and clean surroundings make the living room pleasant. The only drawback: the available spaces. Good quality price ratio and availability of parking space in the garage.

Our review is not about the b&b, unfortunately full, but about the little apartment that was offered us as an alternative. Located in a very sad but convenient place for substances, we found the double room: - very small, especially for the bathroom where there was also no space to dry after the shower), rather squishy, cold; - glass, for wallpaper furnishings, for everything... - not particularly clean: dirty walls, our hair not and dusty blankets. The garage is suitable for low-cost cars.

Disappointing

We chose this place to rest for a few days on an intensive trip through Europe and it didn't disappoint us. The B&B is actually a suite with rooms, each with a private bathroom and a common use space (breakfast/living). The room was small but well equipped: air conditioning, electrical outlet, a place to store suitcases/clothing, and a large, comfortable and all impeccably clean bathroom. The breakfast is very rich and can be enjoyed with a side view to the sea. Good quality/price ratio. Located next to the sea y with a car. From the B&B you can walk to the train station to visit the different villages of La Spezia.
