Hotel Residence Rely

Stayed at the Hotel Rely as part of a coach tour with Newmarket holidays. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake with picturesque views. Adequate size room. Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower with plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned everyday. Bit of road noise when sitting on balcony. Not a problem when balcony doors shut as they were very good quality. Air conditioning worked well so having the doors shut at night was no problem. All the staff were lovely and friendly as well as hard working. The dining experience was great. We were allocated a table for the week. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of options as well as cereals and toast, tea, coffee and various juices. The evening meal was lovely. Started with plentiful fresh salad which you helped yourself too from the salad bar. A choice of soup or a pasta dish followed. Then came the main course which again was a choice of two different dishes usually a fish or meat option These were of excellent quality! A vegetarian option was also available. Seconds were always offered. This was then ended by a delicious dessert dish. Drinks were extra and settled at the end of your stay The lake was reached via an underpass from the hotel. Lovely walks around the lake. Alternatively you can catch a bus to other destinations from the bus stop 200 metres up the road. We went to Garda and Malcesine which were both beautiful. Lovely swimming pool at the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
