Good address, warm hospitality and clean rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. There is even dry hair available. The house is quiet. The breakfast is very cozy with a wide choice. The owner wants the stay to be as good as possible. To be difficult, the rooms should be better isolated from the rest of the hallway.

The house is located at the gates of Sligo, in the countryside. It is divided into three floors, to which you can access through a large wooden staircase. Our room, on the third floor, is quite spacious, the essential furnishings: a door of clothes, a table and two chairs. The TV is in the common living room. The bathroom is windowless. The hostess is very affectionate and overall there is a pleasant atmosphere.

We visited Sligo from the UK for a family wedding and were blown away by the hospitality by this amazing B&B.
The rooms were lovely and spacious, immaculately clean with all the facilities you could need, bottled water, ironing facilities, amazing hair dryer (which ladies it is important isn’t it!)
The owners go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one, we were showed on a map where to find the local town, my son was found a football so he could amuse himself and we were offered an umbrella on the morning of the wedding when the rain started.
The food for breakfast was out of this world with so many choices, from about 7 cereals, yogurt, fruit, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, croissants to a full Irish breakfast with so much tea, coffee, juice and toast and nothing was too much trouble to swap and change things around. 
I would highly recommend this B&B and would 100% stay there again if I find myself anywhere near Sligo in the future.

Fantastic B&B

Lovely house about 35 minutes walk from the centre of Sligo. Guest rooms are on the second floor, ours was very roomy with very a modern en suite bathroom & shower.
The hostess welcomed us with drinks and biscuits and a quick run down of the local eating places. Excellent choice of breakfast menu.
Good centre for visiting the local area and western Northern Ireland.

Lovely House and warm reception.

I stayed in Greystone House only 1 night and I wish it was more. House is beautiful and has it’s atmosphare with old fashon furniture, room very spacious and very clean. It was great quiet place to stay for someone who is looking for city break or just peaceful place to learn before exam or business meeting. Lady owner very friendly and helpful. I recommend to all. No need anything else. 

Great place to stay

We stayed in Greystone House for three nights for a family wedding.  Lovely warm welcome on arrival with tea and scones.  Very clean comfortable bedroom. Phil very kindly drove us to collect our car on two occasions. Breakfast very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Phil and John. As per previous comment, a bit difficult to find initially. 

The service and the breakfast were fine, the guesthouse could use some work. Our sheets and pillowcases felt totally synthetic (cold and slippery) and there was not one painting or photograph on the wall (not only in our bedroom, but also in either the lounge or the dining room). We felt as if we were in an adult "youth hostel".
