84 reviewsWe are a family of 4 so we had one of the 2 bedroom villas. Perfect for 4 of us. We had 2 bathrooms, both set partially outside which was lovely. The kitchen was also set outside and not many mozzies considering. There is a water cooler which stops the waste from loads of individual plastic bottles every day. I did buy some coils and set them in the bathrooms for the evening. Breakfast is ordered and delivered to your villa or you can have it by the pool. The choice is not big but there is something for everyone and it is delicious. There are only 4 villas so a really nice, quiet, family place. The staff are great, particularly Andy. They will help you to organise anything. We did a day trip snorkelling to Gili Nanggu which Andy organised and it was fabulous. You can walk to Kuta beach but the better beaches are accessed by car or scooter which the resort can organise. Shu Villas has a fabulous restaurant set up on the hills overlooking Kuta Lombok. We just asked for a car to take us up there one night for dinner. It is a 5 minute walk to the main street for warungs, bars, shops, ATM's and money changers. We had 5 nights and it was fabulous. We would definitely stay at Shu Villas again.
