Were completely unhappy with the property and its managements. Apparently, its own staff sneaked in to our room on few occasions while no one was there, and stole some cash and private items. Can see that happened before at their place already.

Avoid

Cute, private and romantic stay. You can also hire bikes to get around easy 🚲
It is located off the main strip but not too far (the island is so small you can bike around it at leisure in 30 min). The room was secure and clean. My favourite part about staying here was the private pool.

In der Unterkunft Villa Sahabat schmeckt das Frühstück toll. Der "Caretaker" Abidil war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The made-to-order-breakfast at Villa Sahabat was great! Abidil, the caretaker, was very friendly and helpful.
The roomy villa is located in a quiet street about 3 mins from the beach and has a big private pool.

Very friendly and beautiful!

Have stayed at villa for 2 nights. On the last night out staff went though personal belongings and stole 3 million IDR. When confronted manager got angry and staff was shaking knowing he got caught. Didn't give money back but from their behaviour could tell it is not firts time they are doing it hoping to get away.

This place is amazing !. Me and my partner stayed here after a disappointing stay at another 5 star resort on the island. The price for this is amazing the owner is so friendly. Breakfast served to your door with a smile. Highly reccomend amazing place great service !.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!

getting to Gili T was quite a task. the 3 hour van ride from the airport to the jetty just about killed us so when we landed on Gili T, we were hoping our accommodation would be great. 

It Did Not Disappoint.

walking from the shore of Gili T where of boat dropped us off to the backstreet of Jalan Bulu Babi, my travel buddies and I got a little bit worried as our chaperone Adi was dragging us and our luggage further and further away from the beach towards the inner part of the island. we started losing hope as we walked past local houses and a few  grand, larger than life villas. 

finally Adi stopped us infront of a long plain white wall with a very narrow brown wooden door. seriously this doorway is so narrow, only one person can pass through at a time. the road that we were standing at was a dirt road with no signs of life around us. things werent looking good.

i cant describe to you how amazed we were when Adi flung open the doors to let us into our own personal oasis on gili T. we walked into a small room which connects to the long staff quarters right at the front of the house. as we take off our footwear, we meet the 4-man staff running the house. Adi then walks us into the garden area which has a beautiful cabana with fluffy pillows overlooking the medium-sized paddle pool. the entire area is decked in lush, tropical greenery which looks even more gorgeous against the stark white walls of the villa'garden walls. 

as we make our way to the house, we see a spacious one-storey villa.  the doors to room a glass so we can see the inside of the rooms from outside. luckily, we discovered there a curtains you can draw for privacy. did i mention the 2 main rooms come with open-air bathrooms? the bedrooms were a bit small in comparison to the other more spacious rooms in the house. in the living room, we found a very comfy sofa with numerous ottomans to accomodate. most of our time was spent either there or swimming in the pool.

the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. every morning Adi and the cook will make us breakfast to our liking. we can either choose egg omelette or pancakes. ORDER THE FREAKIN PANCAKES! after our first breakfast, we were looking forward to the pancakes eagerly. 

we also were so grateful to Adi our guide. he arranged EVERYTHING for us and was an absolute angel in meeting our every request. Adi advised us not to try and do dealings with local businesses as they woukd charge a higher price to foreigners, but if we went thru him, the price was negotiable. whenever we werent too happy with the price of an activity, we would re-nego and get us a cheaper price. also, if we went out to local eateries, he woyld tell us about how much we would be expected to pay for a meal and told us not to pay anything more at the nightmarket. He really took care of us ( we were 4 loud, crazy girls travelling) while we stayed there and just laughed at our antics. on our first day he forced us up a hill to see the sunset over Mt. Agung. he suggested we go snorkelling and took us to the best spots. although we didnt have to tip him, we left him and the staff a generous tip which we could tell they appreciated.

despite being off the main beach road, this little villa really felt like our own slice of heaven in paradise

We enjoyed it very much here. The room is as described and the pool is beautiful. The staff are very nice, helped wherever they could. The breakfast you can choose was brought to the room every morning. The location is perfect if you want to live away from the party hustle. The harbour is only a few minutes away! Overall a perfect price-performance ratio!

Great room with wonderful pool.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at Villa Sahabat, but the hotel is wonderful! The staff was super friendly from the beginning and didn't leave a wish open! We got everything we asked for. Breakfast (which was very delicious, by the way) was brought to our room, bicycles were provided on request and we were asked every time we returned to the hotel as if it was our day and if we needed anything. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished! The pool was top-notch! Overall a great stay! Absolutely to recommend!

What a wonderful hotel!

In a very quiet street, I can't say no praise for this establishment that lacks a broken bathroom wrist maintenance, poor drainage of shower water, torn bath towels, no cup to drink tea while everything necessary is provided.Personal with little care and very care.The pool is deep and pleasant.The decoration lacks taste and sad damage to this establishment.See its copy

We had a very good stay in this hotel. The villa was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive. Very good breakfast. The location is ideal, close to the main street but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise.
