Very good place to stay with the family, room service, staff, reception and restaurant all behaved well.
The restaurant operator also helped us in getting a cab, very good.
Next time will also be our mind to stay in Somnath Sagar

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It is nice hotel in somanth near to temple. There was ample parking area. They do driver accommodation also. So it is good for people coming by own car with driver.  We booked one 2 Bed Ac room and one 3 bed AC room . Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Hot water was available but for limited timings. But they provided hot water upon requesting.  A small restaurant is inside hotel. They provide veg food. I have requested to prepare less spicy sabji and dal for my parents which was also good. They have limited options for breakfast. The Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay. If you are looking for a budget hotel for short stay, I will surely recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is just awesome.    
Room was neat and clean and well maintained. Toilet was clean. Room service is also very good. They took care of everything I asked during any time of stay. Restaurant is also good. I had my lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant and I liked the food. 
The Hotel management and its associated staff are cordial and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Kamlesh, he helped in arranging taxis for sightseeing. 
Overall, Hotel Somnath Sagar provides a good and comfortable stay.

390 meters from the somnath terminus, easily reachable walking even with luggage. Clean and well painted though a bit small rooms for extra person but with amazing aroma on arrival.clean washrooms with warm water though a bit salty. Ac working. My was sup delux room. Very nice tea. Somnath mahadev temple 10 min away by auto rickshaw. Amenities available as per description. Recommended for family with under 1500 per day per room budget

It was a really wonderful experience staying at The Somnath Sagar Hotel. They give the best services of all, from clean toilets to clean bed sheets, even the extra floor bed given by them were too clean.

While on a brief pilgrimage I stayed with family at this Hotel from the 30th November to 3rd December. The Hotel is very near to the Somnath Railway Station. The approach road to the Hotel is narrow but the Hotel has a large open space and provides sufficient parking facility. The rooms are sufficiently large and with comfortable beds and furniture. The Restaurant offers good vegetarian breakfast ( though the food items are a few ), lunch and dinner. The food items are tasty. The Hotel management and its associated staff are cordial and cooperative. They help in arranging vehicles ( auto-rickshaws and taxis ) for sightseeing. The Hotel and its surroundings are fairly clean..The room tariff and food are moderately priced, However, the Hotel accepts payments only in CASH and the credit cards are not accepted.
Overall, Hotel Somnath Sagar provides a good, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Its a good budget hotel and no other hotel is nearer to railway station than this one.
Rooms are maintained and staffs are also very cooperative.
You can order your meals but options are limited to traditional Gujarati and punjabi cuisines.

Hotel Somnath sagar is very near to the Somnath Railway station (3 min. walk). Although I checked out at night on the day of check in, they allowed me 6-00 am check in without any extra charge! Clean room and toilet, lot of parking space, in house restaurant are the main advantages of this hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel for staying at Somnath at an affordable cost.

Hotel Somnath Sagar

I have stayed at Hotel Somnath Sagar multiple times, and here are my observations:

Hotel Somnath Sagar is owned by Rajkot Cabs (Owned by: Rajumiya Baharuni). The hotel is budget hotel and provides good and comfortable accommodation near the station.

Pros:
1. The hotel is conveniently located near Somnath Railway Station.
2. It is just 1 km away from Somnath Mahadev Mandir.
3. The staff is very helpful, offering early check-in and good hospitality.
4. An attached restaurant is available for guests.

Areas for Improvement:
1. Cleanliness could be better.
2. The hotel is slightly away from the city center, so transportation like a taxi or rickshaw may be needed.

Additional Important Note:

A significant majority (around 80-90%) of the employees, including those in both the hotel and restaurant, are Muslims who actually use Hindu pseudonyms while interacting with guests. I first noticed this during my 2023 visit, but as it does not personally affect me, I continued booking my stays in the following years. However, I did observe a staff member providing a pseudonym instead of his real name to another patron.
If you ask an employee frankly and once they become friendly, they usually reveal their real names. While this practice does not impact the hotel's services, maintaining transparency in staff interactions could help build trust among all guests.

Review of Hotel

The hotel is in good condition. The have attached restaurants too which serve good food. Prominent location very near to railway  station and about a kilometer from the Somnath Temple. Rates vary depending the trafic and demand during Holly period it's about 4k or Normal off season may be 1 or 1.5k stay is comfortable. Need to improve in hotel room service
