The only point in favour of this accommodation is certainly the point, in front of the beach of Troulos, a quiet and quiet area and not far from the various beaches of the island.

It's just the position.

The apartment is located in front of the beach of Troulos so the location is excellent, although it is difficult to find the first time. For the rest the apartment leaves to be desirable: poor bathroom with almost rusty finishes, there is no shower support; there is no Wi-Fi, the kitchen consists of an old oven with two electric plates from the 1970s; not very bright even with lights on.

Not recommended

I stayed in this studio for 10 days with my boyfriend, and we were very satisfied. The owners are very kind, and they themselves take care of the daily cleaning of the rooms (more reason to trust), and the daily changing of the laundry, and they do it anytime you leave the room, without imposing time limits. They are also very knowledgeable and available for any advice about beautiful beaches, taverns or restaurants. The studios are in a more than perfect position: in less than 5 minutes walking distance you can get to the supermarket, instead of cars or motorbikes or quadrants, bus stops, even taverns or gyros. And finally, I add the only positive thing: mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have any mosquitoes at all, and considering that the green studios are submerged, this is not a good thing to think about, despite all the small details, if you do not think about it, it's a good thing to think about.

Super recommended

Lovely quiet apartments close to Troulos beach & bus stop 20. We had a two bed apartment which was very spacious, it is basic in the typical greek style but very clean, couldn't get the TV to work but we only stayed one night so wasn't a problem. Easy to walk to beach and if you turn left out of the apartments you can walk down to the Sunrise Taverna and bar, here they have good food, drink, a supermarket and pool. If you like to walk then carry on past this bar out onto main road, turn left and you can walk on up into the hills and follow signs for dog shelter (steep walk) or Megalos Asselinos beach (around 3/4 hr walk). For the price these studios are great for a stay in Troulos and good base to explore the island.

Good value for money

When we first got there Google maps couldn't find the location but they had some signs by bus stop 20 however could have been clearer beforehand by hosts. Nice location nearby nice restaurants and close to Troulos beach. The bed was uncomfortable partially because the pillows were hard so some small changes would have made the stay more comfortable. Bathroom was basic and shower was hand held - no hook. Air con was great and we used the fridge but not the cooking facilities. Room is dated and would be more pleasant with a few upgrades to the decor - examples include new curtains as the ones in our apartment were mixed, a light above our bed did not work and the TV was very old. Cleaning was good and staff were friendly. When booking it was mentioned about the availability of bikes but wasn't mentioned on arrival. It was a 5 minute walk to bus stop 20 so easy to get to Skiathos town and lots of beaches along the coast. The garden area was colourful and very pretty. Overall a nice stay for the value of money and very peaceful location but some small tweaks could really enhance these apartments.

Good stay for the price & location

Found at the moment, it's fine to spend a few days without too much pretence. Independent house with outdoor space. To review the lighting, bathroom and kitchen equipment, stuff that hasn't been used for a while. The water is not drinkable, but it's not even brown. The studio stays close to a large beach, very nice both free and with bunk beds and umbrellas, taverns and restaurants. All within a few minutes walk.

Unconditional Support

The studio is very close to the bus stop 20 and the beach of Troulus which is beautiful and quite quiet. The operators are reserved but very available and courteous. The cleaning is satisfactory but it could be improved. The rental bikes were not available because of the route. I would come back!

That's great!

These studios are located in Troulos, an area of Skiathos 15-20 minutes away by scooter from the center but definitely quieter, cooler and near the most beautiful beaches. The apartments are quite large and are cleaned every day. The place is well maintained and the owners are very kind. I recommend it to those who face the holiday mainly in the spirit of relaxing and seeing several beaches.

It's a great place.

The only positive thing about these studios is that they're located near one of the main beaches on the island, and the rest is really very modest as accommodation, and I would say almost exhausting, except for the outdoor garden, where the water is brown and therefore unusable.

Really without claims...

This is very quiet, clean and simple accommodation. Wifi is available and there is aircon. There didn't seem to be a pool but you are very close to Troulos beach and just down the road you have full use of the pool at Tiffany/ hotel Beltsios on the way to the beach.
