The host was exceptionally hospitable, helpful and nice. He offered great advice regarding sightseeing places and helped us with whatever we needed. The room was spacious and always very clean and we had a nice view from the terrace. If we go back, we will book the same hotel again for sure.

This villa was a beautiful place to stay & the rooms are gorgeous and very clean! I booked it based on reviews and they did not disappoint! It’s in a great location. Yannis was an amazing host! He was so helpful with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here on my next trip back! Thank you again Yannis for making our very short time there perfect!

We stayed here and it was like staying with your favorite relative!  Yannis was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed every day!!!  He helped us plan out our days and made sure we had the best time.  We even had a little patio to have morning coffee or a happy hour each day.  Yannis is very detailed so everything he does with perfection. Our son and his wife had stayed here four years ago and highly recommended this place.  Now we know why!  Yannis is like a part of our family now.

We had a nice stay at Atrium Villa.  Yannis was a great host.  He gave us lots of information at check in.  The room was nice and quiet, with a terrace, good bathroom and nice bed.  There were only 4 rooms in basically a large house.  We were a short walk from the bus station and central Fira.  There was no breakfast, but we had a kettle with coffee and a fridge.  I would recommend.

Exceptional, personalized, service from on site owner. Spacious, well equipped, room with balcony - Ocean Room. Spotlessly clean, quiet, secure and safe. Highly recommend for solo travelers, females and all travelers. Accessible by taxi (some properties don't have roads). Short walk to Santorini sunsets, views, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, mini mart and groceries within walking distance as well as bus terminal that connects to entire island. Yannis is an exceptional host. 

The hotel is located 5- 8 minutes walk from Fira central bus station and the Caldera. Great for a quiet stay away from the loud music and people that visit the Caldera daily especially from the cruise ships but close enough to Fira's centre.

The host, Mr Yannis, is amazing. Truly a great host who was very friendly and welcoming. He sincerely wants your stay to be as smooth and memorable as possible offering my wife and I great advice for our stay, bus timetables, places to eat and visit. 

The room was immaculately clean, spacious and had all the necessary facilities you need. The private balcony was great!

Would definitely recommend and should I visit Santorini again, will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely and gorgeous villa. Yannis and Maria are amazing hosts. So knowledgeable,  generous, and warm hospitality. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and lovely. Had plenty of room for three people.

We stayed in the largest room (and it is very spacious) for 6 nights in June.
This is a great base for a holiday close enough (but not to close) to the centre of Fira.
Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh and of the highest quality with a great balcony to relax and watch the sunrise.
We can't praise Yannis, the owner, enough with all his care, advice and genuine warmth towards us with the sole intention that we had the best possible holiday.
It is difficult to think of any information he didn't impart and was always on hand to help and answer questions (including booking a wine tasting for us).

The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the bus station, which is very convenient for people that didn't rent a car. 
The hostess and owner, Mr. Yannis was more than attractive. At the check-in, he proveded me a map of the island, timings of the busses and what I could do in my short trip to Santorini.
The room was extremely big, clean and in a very peaceful area.

Lovely place to stay in Santorini, very festal for bars, restaurants and public transport.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean, highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing Stay

Yanni, the owner of Atrium Villa, was the absolute best of hosts. We were met with a free suite upgrade and recommendations for the best places to eat and actives for our trip. The room was beautiful and had all accommodations needed; free water, coffee and toiletries daily. The location was perfect, offering a quiet reserve from the busy streets of Fira while only a 5 minute walk away from the action. If you are looking for the best place and deal in Santorini, search no further! I will absolutely return to Atrium Villa next trip to Greece.

Amazing property and the best host in Santorini!

We stayed in Atrium Villa from October 26 to 29.  We booked our room almost a year in advance because we were really impressed by the comments we read.  And we were not disappointed!
The communication with Yannis was very smooth right from the beginning.  We sent him our questions and he replied promptly.  Since we arrived in the evening and didn't want to wait for the next public bus, Yannis booked a minivan to pick us up (10 EUR/person) and it was perfect.  For the trip back to the airport, we took the public bus without problems.  The bus station is located not far from the Villa.
The villa is very well situated.  In the city center, very close to everything but in a calm area so we slept really well.
The room was a wonderful surprise, it was MUCH better than the photos shown in the website.  It was big, sunny, really clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was cosy.  The room was cleaned and the towels were changed everyday.  The balcony was very nice.  We had everything we needed: fridge, hairdryer...  When Yannis found out that we bought some things to eat from the supermarket, he provided us with plates, a knife, spoons and forks, even if we didn't ask.  He was so thoughtful and always wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
We really recommend Atrium Villa, and if we have the chance to go back to Fira, we will not hesitate to stay there again!

A perfect stay!!!

Loved my visit to Santorini, and Atrium Villa was a great spot within an easy walk to the town center and bus station for access to the rest of the island. Yannis was a very conscientious host and gave me many tips on places to visit and help with organizing my travel. I came back to Santorini after a side trip to Naxos, so got to stay in two of the rooms. They were both immaculately clean, very spacious, fridge, hair dryer, coffee supplies included, and both had lovely balconies. Although I was there at the end of the busy season, I liked being slightly away from the tourist crowds in a quieter part of town.
