We had a wonderful holiday stay, right next to the beach. The location of Miramare Apartments is great, both for the resort of Platanias and as a base for touring the island. The nice smiley Dimitris was incredibly welcoming from the beginning, gave us sightseeing tip and made us feel like home. He was happy to drive us to the multiple locations and to the airport. Our apartment was awesome and spacious, very clean and neat, with cool minimalist decor. The relaxing atmosphere of the large courtyard was a lovely place to chill. Just next to the apartments is the Yamas Beach Bar and Restaurant, where we enjoyed fabulous fresh seafood and Greek specialties every day. We had great time around the island, we made new friends, we eat superb food. Definitely, Miramare Platanias is a great place to stay and explore Crete!
