This hotel is placed right on the beach, and the view from your balcony is just stunning! It's located right in the center of Paralia. The host is very warm and helpful, the hotel it's very clean and everything is just perfect. The towels were changed daily and the linen every other day, the mattress was soo comfy and the pillows were divine. One of the best hotels that we stayed so far! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Cozy and beautiful

Hotel is very good and clean. Staff is very friendly. The room is amazing with excellent view also the bed very comfortable. The hotel observe all Protection measures about covid-19. I will visit this hotel again in the future for sure.

Very good and friendly hotel 

Hello everyone!!! We were with my mom in Greece for the first time. There were only positive impressions left. A round-the-clock reception, 2 young people, always ready to help, and a beautiful girl, on high heels, always doing something washing, we were very surprised at how much people care about the reputation of the hotel, a big thank you to them.

The Olympic River

Very nice place and the best location. At one side you are on Main street and all the restourants and shops and in the middle of the crowd and on the other you are right on the beach and about twenty meters to the water. Very nice and friendly stuff. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. Definitely will come and stay there again.

The place to stay at

We've been on vacation for 11 years, we've been living in different hotels, but we've never seen this kind of relationship. We've been ordering a room for a family with a child, we've been told that the room is provided free of charge, but when we get to the bed, we've been denied a room with one two-bedroom (they said that the child (according to the rules of the hotel) has to sleep with his parents) Well, we've just got a room!

Terrible Treatment of People

The room is also super, also all new and in excellent condition, in European style. Free air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, large bed. Every day we changed towels and bathroom accessories. Choose a room with a view of the sea - 80-100 meters and the sea, on the balcony of the Flower in pots and beautiful columns. Below the hotel there are free coffee and tea zones, in the whole hotel there is excellent WiFi.

I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at this facility for 2 nights, and from the begining we knew that this hotel will not disapoint us. Hotel and rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, location was great and the hotel was on the front row of the beach. Definitively the best hotel on this location.
For sure we will be back.

Best Hotel in Paralia

We stayed in a double standard sea view room at the third floor and we can definitely say that the room was perfect: very nice arranged room, welcoming bed, big bathroom, air conditioning, balcony with sea view.
The staff is great and most probably you will not speak often with them because they do their job great. :)
You cannot eat at the hotel (no meals, but free coffee and tea) and they do not have their own bar with sun beds on the beach, but hotel Avra left us with the impression that they focus on one thing: offering you the best accommodation in a stylish hotel, with very nice rooms, directly on the beach - and they do this successfully!
We definitely recommend this hotel!

9 nights @ Avra 

Hotel Avra is a nice, newly renovated hotel at the beach of Paralia with direct beach access (no own sunbeds though, but left and right were plenty of them which one could "rent" by ordering a drink at the bar which owned them). 
The room had an elegant and modern appearance, with very comfortable beds and a nice large bath room. There is an elevator available, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room also had a small balcony towards the sea which was nice to sit outside, listen to the ocean and relax (but caution: at least during our stay there were mosquitos around, when we left the balcony door open the first night, but had to spend part of the night to kill the intruders...).
The only small downside is that the hotel is quite clairaudient - it was no problem during our stay, but this may change when the hotel is booked or noisy guests live next-door. 

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but offers free coffee/tea, and there are possibilities to eat breakfast nearby (we choose the small snack bar in the next crossroad, which was very well priced with 1.50€ for Cappuccino and 1-2€ for toast). It has a closed parking area near-by, and although it is located at a driving-restricted road, it was easy and uncomplicated to drive by to load/unload luggage.

We had booked a deluxe double room with ocean view, and this was the perfect choice and kept up to its promises. For not too much more money, we got a bottle of water each day, had a Nespresso coffee machine in the room (cups were daily restocked) and - which was so wonderful!! - with Etro shampoo and shower gel. We had that once during our honeymoon in a very expensive hotel, and for sure too expensive to buy for at home, so we could hardly believe that this was offered in a 2-star hotel - but it truly was, and if one likes its Patchouli/incense smell, this gave a flavor of luxury and feeling of being spoiled which for us was definitely worth the extra cost!!.

Beautiful small hotel with a whiff of luxury

The rooms are clean, cozy, every day cleaned, the coffee machine in the room, the only thing we regretted was not booking a room overlooking the sea, we took a room overlooking the street, for the sake of savings.
