Just returned from ten days at the Sheraton Rhodes hotel and I want to thank so much George Tipou who is the Castellania Manager. He exemplifies pure genius in his leadership, management and personality. I have been visiting the Sheraton for 21 years with George there all occasions and he always makes us feel welcome, wanted and made to feel special. He goes out of his way to make you feel you are the only guests there! He is truly a great friend and we are returning next year just to see him. He has the hotel running through his veins! Come back next year George! My next commendation is for Alexandra who is the welcome person in the Castellania Restaurant. Always with a smile, remembers your room number and is so friendly. She makes every morning great! She is a credit to your hotel. Safina at the pool bar. Very helpful, always smiling, very competent and she will certainly go far! Good luck in whatever comes your way … And the lovely Vivi - what can I say! She is a sweetheart and always a pleasure to see whilst having lunch in the pool restaurant. Look forward to next year with Vivi. Maria at breakfast - she works so hard to make you feel comfortable. She walks miles looking after everyone and pouring the delicious orange juice. George has a great team and it is him that makes everyone so happy. We love Sheraton and looking forward to seeing you all in 2026!
