The hotel has come a long way. It is in urgent need of renovation, especially in the sanitary sector. For example, the plastic shower curtain has been completely refurbished and replaced. The fact that this curtain hasn't been replaced for a long time shows that cleanliness is probably not valued. The room smells like cigarette smoke. Where plugs were to be installed, there was only a plastic cover. The only positive thing was that the staff were polite and friendly. We could only reach the boss because of our tenacity, which he had previously denied.

In today's constitution, not to recommend.

The hotel has its best days long gone by. The whole hotel has an early 1980s party room and I don't think it's recommended. There are many smoke glass elements and the 1960s elevator was updated after 60 years, so of course it's not as modern today. The rooms are furnished as it was in 1980. My room was on the 2nd floor above the hotel entrance, or in the street.

It's unbelievable that such rooms can be rented at all. Dirty, cold, tiles and carpets come from the walls... etc. Entrance and reception still see layout but all that comes next is an assignment.

I can 't believe it!

I don't understand how you can even give out stars. The hotel was perhaps appealing 40 years ago. But nothing has been done here since then. Time has stood still. Which is very unfortunate, because the location in the center is optimal. The furniture in the room is extremely crowded, uncomfortable, and really uninviting. The curtains and curtains were yellow and smelled of cold cigarette smoke. We had only one night and didn't look very closely under the bed sheet. At first glance, the laundry was clean. The breakfast was nice, but you could get full. The bread was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and ready.

Once and never again

I arrived to a note and a number to call so that I could be instructed to retrieve my room key behind the counter.  The room was a double bed with a single duvet and one pillow.  I phoned to ask for another pillow due to neck problems and was flatly told no.  The bathroom (which was down the corridor) was disgusting - just as in the photos that someone else took - peeling wallpaper, mould and limescale.  There were blinds that were dark yellow with smoke stains and everywhere stunk of stale tobacco.  I regularly use hotels for business but this was not good at all.  I stayed one night and cancelled the rest of my stay. 

Terrible

It's unthinkable that something like this is still possible. Dirty, uninhabited, cluttered and unimaginable loud because of the barbell on the ground floor. Many miserable people were seen and yet negatively surprised. Contrary to booking, the room didn't even have a bathroom ensuite, only on the hallway.

It's incredible.

Positive: 59€ cheap! Otherwise clean and dirty, bed sheets with holes, used handkerchiefs under the bed and the windows closed with screws 🏼 ♂️😂 stayed for 4 hours and took us to another hotel!

It's not working.

I rarely experienced such a descent. The room had completely collapsed, with all the spider webs and loose treads. The bed was so perpendicular that you had to feel every single feather. My back will still remind me of that night for days to come. Sleeping was hardly to think about, because despite closed windows and roller coasters, the noise from the streets and bars was unbearable. I would rather not comment on the bathroom, because pictures say more than words... My conclusion: NO WATER!!! I will probably inform the authorities and the DEHOGA about the conditions... 3 star hotel???

I'm out of my mind!!!

It's a rather uncomfortable hotel. When I stayed there for one night, the elevator had been broken for months. The front desk had been vacant for three hours, and when I called the number you should call when the front desk wasn't, I heard myself when the answering machine turned on. The staircase on the third floor was nicotine gum, and it was smelling like it's a daily meeting for all the nicotine addicts in Hammersmith. The blue carpet there had changed its original color to a gray-brown carpet. The room was just as adventurous: the phone was no longer wired, the rooms were wired, and the cables were no longer in the park. The parking lot was not functioning. The carpet was not functioning.

Cruel is still humanly pronounced complete smoke you just run to the hotel it stinks!!! it stinks!! staff I've been talking to is impossible I had to buy disinfectants first to get close to the shower!!! bedding with deo packed in to get close to the bed!!! I'm amazed at this hotel!!
