We stayed at the hotel 2 times, in August and September 2018. The hotel is simple, no expense, but the welcoming of the owners paints all the flaws. In September, when we came down from the mountain, there were no places (we didn't even book, we didn't know when we'd be back) Dea arranged with the owners of the neighboring New Hotel to settle us for the same price as her, although we didn't ask. Breakfast is simple, but very satisfying. Whoever writes that he was called an invader. I don't know how to tell the owners of this hotel what would happen.

A lovely hotel, a lovely hostess!

The room was booked via booking. The hostess looks very welcoming, but her favorite word is I decide who I'm going to stay with. If you look at the booking reviews in 2018, she was driving off the Iranians... she kicked me out with the words - you come to our poor country from the country of the aggressor and called the police.

The hostess called me from the occupier country.

The rooms are really nice and new. Wooden floors, comfortable mattresses and AMAZING mountain view.
There was an electricity shutdown in the morning for about 15 minutes. Also the shower had a crack in the floor. All the cons come from the fact that the hotel is brand new so it still has some problems.
Overall really nice experience.

Pretty good but still room for improvement

Nice hotel and walking distance to the center. The rooms look new, I see some of the electric wires on the wall are not finished yet

We have a friendly welcomed by a lady who speaks good English. We got a room on the second floor through a stairway.

We had a room with two beds (twin) facing the street. Good size room with a wardrobe with two worn hangers inside, a table with one plastic coca cola chair

Beautiful spacious bathroom with nice shower cabin - but is disaster! .......almost no water comes out of the sprayer. My goodness, standing inside the shower waiting for the water to come. 

Negative comments: they must check the shower, there almost no water comes out the sprayer and the free wifi is very slow.

Breakfast is included in the room rates serves from 8 am. A plate of omelet with sausage, Georgian bread, cheese, jam, fresh fruit, coffee, tea
Free parking at the backside. It’s still a bit messy, but I think they’re working on it

This is the most expensive room we had on this trip in Georgia, booked through booking.com for 46 US dollars, but not worth for the price because of the shower.

kazbegi is really good and interesting place in Georgia. we was a very good car if u need dricers number it is +995555171602 i recomended bcs of them my trip was memorable an safetly also.this driver advice to fly with paragliding in kazbegi and we was fly.emotion was that i can not tell u. thanks georgia

very very good place

Outside   -2 C , inside a place with warmth among lots of wood, books , shelves . I loved this place . Lots of books remind a Library. No problem that they written in languages that I can not read . The gravitation produced by them relax me and I have my own books . Buffet dinner , wifi not only free but open . Cozy room


A library hotel ?

I have been there many times, but every new trip, gives me opportunity to learn and see something new, it looks like a heaven on the earth. Where you can forget your troubles and be part of nature. So you should try it

Another heaven

The hotel is located just a few meters from the main street Kazbegis in a side street, but has not yet installed a nameplate. But it is marked with Kazbegi in Google Maps and it is not to be confused with the hotel Stepanzminda, then you can easily find it. The hotel and also our room were not quite expanded, which at first sounds strange, but in the end it was not so bad. Dh. sometimes there is a lamp missing or even the cable is in progress. Nevertheless, the hotel is beautifully furnished but simply staffed, just like our room. There is no TV app, but there was a good working WLAN for it. From the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, but in order. The breakfast is used and delicious, but at the end it was not so bad. Dh. Nice hotel with great views

The modern hotel with a good hostess))) is very clean!!! The rooms have normal bathrooms. The center, it's important if you're not on a jeep. The hotel is in the process of repair, but it doesn't strain. Near the cafes and restaurants that work almost 24 hours a day.

Excellent hotel in the center of the village

I think it's explained by the fact that she's the only one who's going to pick up the hotel's news, so it's worth checking out that you're coming to visit her.
