We have stayed in several f1 hotels over the years and 2 so far this trip. This particular one is looking a little tired and in need of an update like many of the others have had already but that said it is clean and the customer service that has been provided so far by Laura makes up for any of the negatives. She could not have been more helpful, polite and genuinely pleasant. Thank you Laura

Bed just for the night

Hot shower and toilet pictures in the support.. smelly odors in room 201. People who talk loudly in the hallways late at night.. I find that I am not the only one who is unhappy, and that finally the managers are nothing to make opinions.. I do not consent to this hotel

I wouldn't come back.

Limited accommodation, no accompaniment in the room. We are asked to arrange the room again when it is already arranged and charged.

One night

The welcome is to ask if we are a nuisance, not a courtesy, you answer that by the strict minimum of a few winds. If it was just that... the room is SALE with a repulsive smell almost as bright as with a few candles. There are other surprises but you don't want to know...

Where are we?

I'm going to spend one night in this hotel with a friend the reception was very unpleasant not even a good night he didn't welcome us in our room we have to deal with in conclusion no professionalism we arrived in our room it was cold the beds were hard a small blanket like a knife shameful the windows were in a bad was (morrings) the toilet was pathetic the smells were dirty, the floor was very roomy.. I don't recommend this hotel at all! the staff was sipping in the corridors in the morning! decided.

What a disaster!

Hotel in bad condition that I don't recommend. Bad smells, bad establishments and bad hygiene in rooms and toilets. A bad lunch at almost 5 euros per person with outdated nutella and dry top budget brioche without taste... No shower so much that they were dirty. No hygiene in the toilets too. Catastrophic ivory. Noise in the hallways++ Teared carpets in the hallways. Dirty drapes in the beds... And finally who bug.

It's horrible.

A dirty hotel that smells bad and unhealthy... we booked two rooms. The plaid on the beds is stained with holes! The sheets are idle! A smell of cold tobacco in the hallways and in the rooms! One of the two rooms lacks the ladder to get on the bed! The dirty toilets, we dare not sit down! Dirty showers that do not make us want to wash! A non-existent soundproofing! A store that does not close on a window! Scary meetings in the hallways! A little snack with baked bread and industrial brioche and the frosting that has no name! They do not provide a sink, serve and take ice cream tips for themselves! The whole thing is frozen! Fessy! Fessy! Fessy!

This is a disaster!

We booked at the last minute for a visit to Giverny... what a disappointment! A dirty, notorious and milder hotel... the common showers and toilets are very dirty we didn't shower there.

It's hot and dirty!

Dirty toilet, dirty blanket, no shower gel, hard to get hot water, unfriendly boss, and unfriendly employee who criticizes his boss, what an atmosphere!

Dirty.

We're coming at 10am to make a reservation, no one at the reception, we're on Friday, November 2nd, it's noted that you have to call with someone like that on the counter, after 5 calls someone gently responds to us, to tell us to come back in half an hour, I insist, it's a ressa for the evening, not for immediately but no one has to come back in half an hour. When I ask pk I'm told that anyway the rooms have to be cleared, I'm noticing that there are only 2 cars in the parking lot, and with bcp d'aplomb they tell me that all the rooms are still taken. And all that on the phone, not enough respect to move to the reception.
