The hotel suddenly turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant price at the height of Ivan's day. For such a price, nothing was expected, so you can say that the hotel was pleasantly surprised. You can see that it is a former student community, but they tried to bring it in in an acceptable way. Yes, the shower/toilet is not very pleasant. And there are questions about the furniture, but in the rest a normal hotel in the distance from the center. A sports and children's playground is nearby. But with breakfast it didn't happen. Not that it's lacking, too, and if it's over, then you just didn't have time and eat what's left until it's over. In short, if you can choose without breakfast, it's better to do so.

Good ratio price quality

The hotel provides nice service. 
The staff is polite and helpful. 
Everything is clean and comfortable. Location is convenient (afar from the street noise and activities). The breakfast was super good and delicious (with a variety of options). The TV doesn't have a lot of options though.
I would definitely stay there next time.

Great & comfortable accommodation

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The price/quality is right, the staff is welcoming, the breakfast is excellent. The shower is uncomfortable and there are no fans. If you're eating on business and you don't want to pay too much, it's okay.

It's a great place to stay.

Pros - no problems with parking. Good wi-fi. 
Cons - Hair from previous guests left on sheets. Carpet needs some cleaning. Instead of double got twin with quite narrow beds. Breakfast - could be better.

Good, but could be better!

It's a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel, 10 to 15 minutes by car from downtown, friendly staff, modest breakfast, clean rooms, changing towels, the only drawback is the shower room, it's hard to wash without a bathroom, but the price and quality are right.

A simple, clean hotel on the outskirts of Tartu

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day, convenient location without entering the city center, quiet area, large free parking lot. Russian speaking, responsive staff. Spacious room, comfortable soft beds, clean laundry. Good sound insulation.

Good hotel for transit.

I don't even know how to describe my impressions of this hotel. On the one hand, it's like everything is clean and spacious and modern, but you can't say that it's cozy. In the room there's a combination of old and new, but metal doors that have been killed, not only in the room itself, but also in the bathroom! We have a cabinet for storing documents like this at work!))) There are no curtains on the windows, and some kind of strenuous crap that needs to be learned to deal with))) But I'm more disappointed with the shower!!! There's no typical hose with a hose, and it's coming out of the wall from above and watering you up.

The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's very quiet. The rooms are very spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast is simple, but not bad - a Swedish table from a small assortment, you shouldn't expect desserts. :)

Nice spacious hotel in a quiet area.

It's a great hotel. We didn't expect such a big, clean, modern room at this price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived a little early and even though the hotel was full, we tried to get the room ready as soon as possible. The parking is free, Wi-Fi is all over the hotel.

If you have a car this hotel is a good option because its location is quite outside a city. There is a free parking lot for guests. Sufficient breakfast. Good wifi if you will manage to get connected. Room and bathroom were very clean. Our room was also big enough with sitting area. A lot of students, probably doing their practice.
