My stay was great in this place. I received good service, breakfast included in the price, and people were kind around me. It amazed me the view of the mountains, streets, cathedral, and parks surrounding the hotel. Cuenca is a beautiful city because of the attractions, the weather is cold but enchanting, and it has many restaurants with the most exquisite food.

Espectacular view

We had a fixed booking confirmation from booking.com for 4 nights and 4 people. The check-in time was confirmed at 14:00 - 24:00. Upon our arrival at 16:30 we were informed that the room was already booked elsewhere since we had not checked in until 12:00. Another room was offered at a price almost twice as high. Since the hotel, the matter at our arrival had already been resolved. It was indeed sent to us at 13:28 on WhatsApp. Only on the basis of our perseverance, good knowledge of Spanish and over 2 hours the hotel was ready after booking at least a smaller room with 3 beds (the agreed 4) lt. We had to book in advance.

A hotel that provides what is expected: cleanliness, a good bed, in our case a beautiful view of the square (in refurbishment) and the church without forgetting a friendly staff.

Very good hotel with a good price to bed ratio, view, service

Very good service and attention, clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is normal and the view from the dining room is amazing. I got the room with balcony, the view to the church and the plaza. It is close to everything, so you can get to Cuenca on foot. I hope to return soon:)

The prices are reasonable and very convenient.

We went with a group of friends, I thought it was comfortable... well-located and clean... they offered you breakfast, they were attentive and hospitable, the price was very good, the hotel is central so you can walk away without any problems.

It's a mid-range hotel, the price is right for the rooms within this grade, I'd say it's even economical. Ideal for those who stay for many days in the city and need to save. The rooms are comfortable, as you visit several times some rooms have better bathrooms than others, have good TVs. The breakfast they include is very basic, but since they are in the city center it's easy to get out to have a better breakfast especially for those we consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day.

The hotel is very central just after the catedral. The staff is helpful and gives good information where to go and what to do. Cuenca is a beautiful city and relaxed. The laundry was ready the same afternoon as we gave it all foulded

This hotel found by chance turned out to be a pleasant surprise hotel in an excellent central location clean rooms friendly staff and available panoramic terrace for breakfast that is included in the price and views of the church of San Francisco medium low price

The Milan Hotel is in the city of Cuenca, its central location stands out as one would the most popular hotels and their prices are comfortable for visitors because its location is close to places such as the cathedral, the flower market among others.
The Milan hotel is not a five stars one, but it`s affordable price and the warmth of the staff is an added value although it’s advisable to be careful if you plan to go out at night. The hotel offers a continental breakfast.
