Here we go! Had a tiny bumpy start to our holiday on day one BUT it was swiftly addressed by the manager ( Lucas ) who was exceptionally amazing in sorting it out! Thank you! Equally thank you to Willem on guest services for helping us sort out the restaurant bookings. Could not have done it without you. Overall the hotel is stunning. Rooms are gorgeous, clean and well presented to a high standard. Restaurants are also very good and the buffet is great, fresh and so much choice. They cook you fresh steaks to choice. Guests here are all very decent and staff are so friendly! Highly recommend if you’re coming to this lovely hotel. Noorie, Roger, Kai, Zayn ( room 91115 / 91114) Can’t wait for the next 2 weeks of being here. Thank you!
